Favourite cafe in Leith - perfect to sit at the window and people watch, have brunch with pals, or grab a coffee to go. The food is delicious, the coffee is great, and staff are always friendly. Cosy vibes and good tunes too!

We went to BAM for brunch time! The veggie haggis is the best veggie haggis I’ve ever had! The coffees (oat mochas) were beautiful and tasty! And they had basil lemon infused water!!! That was definitely an amazing experience. The staff were so sweet and nice as well. Can’t wait to go back there again 🎉🌟

Definitely a hidden gem and a great stop for me as I head into Keith. Coffee is just amazing and the toasted breakfast rolls are delicious. Mine was packed with sausage and haggis and set me up for the day. Service great, staff are always friendly and welcoming. Although it is a bit out of the way, BAM is well worth seeking out.

This is a magic place. I love it. The service is great. Even if your having a bacon roll they give you freezing cold bottle of water with fresh mint and a cold glass. It’s always immaculate, has atmosphere and most importantly great coffee. The food is first class. I’m sorry I live way across the other end of town or I would be in all the time.

Lovely place, and the food is fantastic! I will be back to try the rest of the menu. As it all sounds so lush. The big bam breakfast was just the best.

Every time I go to edinburgh, I treat myself to this place. Food is delicious, coffee is really really nice too. Always a warm welcome when you walk in and whilst sat inside loads of locals going in for coffee, always a good sign. Will be back next year for breakfast again 👍pity you didn’t have a shop where I live.

This is a hidden gem. It’s tucked away from the busy area, but worth the effort to grab something light to eat. We had brunch with friends. There were many locals popping in and out which is always a good sign. The food was really good and not too expensive - great value for money. We will definitely go back again. I had the Royal Benny and my wife had the Avo toast - both were really good.

New, nice and clean I have been to BAM cafe for a Cappuccino in the morning. Very clean and tided ambience. Staff at the counter was friendly and helpful. Bam was selling reusable cups for coffee, that was very impressive. They offer free hot drink when you purchase one, but a bit dearer. I really enjoyed my coffee. I may try some food next time.

What a lovely find! A bit out the way but once found, absolutely superb food and atmosphere. Weekend Brunch menu really good, lovely lattes and an ever changing specials board make for a great experience. Best bacon and egg baps in the capital - and superb toasted muffins too. Own blend coffee, breakfasts, lunches, pastries, cakes, they’ve got the lot. Love the Leith artwork too.
