Went for mothers day/birthday meal.not been for a while but the food service was good even though it was busy and the food was delicious as always.i highly recommend.

Delicious Sunday lunch in this quaint pub in the picturesque village of Calverley. However, the venue must be held to account for the eye-watering smell emanating from the gents' toilets. Sort this out and it would be 5-star all the way.
Been here a few times now. Food is on point, locally sourced and freshly prepared.
A lovely range of beverages, from IPA, lager, cider, cocktails, spirits and even hot drinks.
Freindly and professional staff who are always happy to help.

The food is amazing. Best pate ever.
I ate there last night food was excellent its good to eat in a place where they don't pile food but concentrate on putting a well balanced flavoursome dishes.
And i had some room for pudding so i had the sticky toffee pudding which was delightful.
Its really fairly price too .

Unfortunately my steak and ale pie came with a burnt crust , mentioned it and waitress said sorry !. Apart from that all seemed ok
Lovely dog friendly pub.
Not as busy as last time we went. Staff seemed a bit disorganised/inexperienced.
Food was good though not as good as our previous visits. Prices have risen which we understand there is a need for this but the quality and presentation just not as good. Still enjoyed the food.
