Food was delicious. Staff and atmosphere was lovely. Good value for money.
We were a group of weary Dads who stumbled into the The Woods late on a friday night for some final drinks, it was a great atmosphere even after 11pm. But best of all we were treated to exceptional service: drinks at the table (almost as soon as we were seated), a couple of recommended shots, and ultimately a great end to the evening before we called it a day. Remy, who served us all night, was fantastic, she was professional, punctual but above all personal and it's this sort of service that will bring us back - assuming this is the standard The Woods set! Thanks Remy and the team! See you again!
Came here for the drag bingo event a week or so ago. Sat downstairs for a drink first and the atmosphere was brilliant and really reasonably priced. When we moved up the event space we ordered some food and it came out in really good time (and we ordered a lot). The pizzas were so good!! Didn’t expect them to be so big, definitely good value for money.

Good pizza, not amazing, but enjoyable. Interesting beers available. Big space, we had a reservation and had plenty room. Think there reservation system could be improved, you request it and they confirm, but you cannot see availability immediately.
The Wood is a magic place in chapel Allerton.

Loved the design work outside and in. Very welcoming. Friendly staff members throughout. Only had chance to try the pizza but it absolutely hit our taste buds, and tummies perfectly. Met the new manager who appears so on top of the future of The Woods. 5✨ throughout. Clean and lovely

I frequent this venue to catch my friends' performances, often on weekends. The food and service are excellent. As for the price, it varies based on your choices; drinks range from £5 to £7, and meals from £10 to £20 per person. In winter, the efficiently burning log fireplace is a cozy touch.

Fantastic food., Amazing staff..the friendliest you could ever wish to meet. The food is fantastic with an amazing and highly creative menu..a real gem of a place with a super relaxed atmosphere with a modern eclectic cultural design throughout..One of my favourite places to call, even if it's only for a coffee or two..😎❤❤❤❤👍
