Smouk Shisha Lounge Leicester

We were looking for a lounge as we are new to Leicester, so after some searches I came across this and we were satisfied at the end. The location is accessible as it’s in the city center (near Haymarket). The decoration is very pretty and gives the feeling of being in a quite high-end place. We were welcomed warmly and professionally by the Manager (I forgot her name, sorry). She gave us advice on what flavour to try based on our past experiences with shisha; it was very informative. She sat down together and it was quite nice, the flavouring was good even though we selected the cheapest option. We were on a sofa faced towards a really big TV; it was fun to look at sport while chatting about life. Great experience! We also ordered some drinks and the waiter let us film her applying the ice effect on the drinks, she was lovely (I don’t know her name but she was an hijabi with glasses). The manager assisted us on the drinks, telling us what could be the best choice based on our tastes, like I said very professional and bright! My classic mojito was really good, and my friend’s drink was also excellent. Altogether I will come back another time because it was very nice and the staff is wonderful!

Had an amazing experience. The quality of the Shisha was great. What really impressed us all was the service. We were served by Aaliyah and Husain. They were very friendly, professional, looked after us, kept on asking how they can help. The place definitely has a family friendly environment, but caters to everyone's need. Food and dessert was great too. We visited from London for a day trip and this place was certainly the highlight. Will definitely be coming back here again. One of the besr Shisha places in the UK! 👌🏼

Best place in Leicester for all things shisha, breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts!! Shisha quality is AMAZING and lasts for hours! Staff are friendly and so so so lovely! Place looks absolutely beautiful and modern. Big TVs everywhere for the sports and movies nights. Honestly my favourite place to just sit and take my laptop to work or simply hang with friends!

Mountain Fog £20 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Shisha Garden has undergone a bit of a refurb with a family friendly restaurant La Maison now separate to the actual shisha lounge. It’s nice to see new Dark Leaf and American blondes now on the menu, I wanted to try something new so opted for mountain fog by Trifecta. Shisha arrived in under 10 minutes in an Aeon Shisha Edition 4 which is German built, I must say was my first time trying it and although it looks small it was a beast in performance! The flavour was a great take on Mountain Dew and those lemon notes were pulling through, very lovely flavour which you need to try if you like your citrusy hits. Although I would have liked to see a clay bowl used for this set up the silicon bowl did it’s job perfectly fine, no faults at all with the smoke it was perfection. Now on the service I must hand it to Aaliyah who took great care of us, from explaining each flavour and letting us smell each pot to making sure coals were changed and overall making our visit very enjoyable. They do full halal food and breakfasts which you can enjoy with your smoke from as early as 10am. Cash and cards accepted with a car park for upto 4 hours for £1. Overall I was very happy with my visit and I have seen a massive improvement from my last visit, can’t recommend it enough will defo be back soon.
