Very extensive menu for a department store cafe. Food freshly cooked to order and always delicious. Food and drinks brought to your table in a timely manner with friendly and helpful staff. A very pleasant little cafe (always has been). The toilets need upgrading (mens toilets are tiny) but that is the responsibility of House of Fraser.

A friend and I regularly use The Wild Mint Cafe. The staff, in particular Tasha and Sophia are excellent. Professional, friendly, efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Would highly recommend Wild Mint.

Absolutely brilliant! My friend and I came for a Birthday afternoon tea today and Shaun and Casey went out of their way to make it very special. We had banners, balloons and the most beautiful sandwiches, cakes and scones. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Really nice and pleasant café to pass the time in. Staff are really friendly and greet you with a smile, and the food is lovely too and reasonably priced considering House of Fraser is a posh store. Drinks are reasonably priced too the pot of tea for one is nice. Will definitely call again.

Nice place to visit and good choice of cakes and snacks. We visited on a Saturday and it was very busy so a bit difficult to find a seat, would definitely return again

My husband and I eat here regularly. The food is excellent, with plenty of choice. We can’t speak highly enough of the staff, everyone is so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. There are so many cafe’s in Lincoln, but the Wild Mint definitely has the edge. Betty and John Kelly,
