Tgi Fridays - Lincoln

We were a stag of 11 people, the staff made great effort to look after us and the manager helped us resolve an issue we had. The manager who was working on 30/09/2023 at 3pm took great care of us and we really appreciate everything. We had the bottomless brunch which was great everyone enjoyed it, the food was fantastic and the cocktails kept flowering. Thank you so much.

Sunday lunch at Fridays, we dropped in, it was busy but we were shown to a table with no issues. The staff were really friendly, smiles and good atmosphere, Ellie looked after uscand she was fab! The food was quick and tasty. The coffee came with a Lotus Biscoff cream as well!! A great experience but we were in a central table which was a bit of a corridor experience.

We enjoyed our visit here yesterday. We did not book as we were not planning on dining out. We were on a family trip to the castle. They seated us straight away after shifting some tables about. (we were a group of 9) The drinks order was taken fast and they arrived fast. REALLY NICE COCKTAILS. The food took a while to come out and there were some things on the menu that were not available, but the meals we had were really tasty and huge! We were too full for pudding but the puddings that were coming out looked good from where we sat.

Well I’ve given a five star review but I need to be honest, it wasn’t straightforward but that wasn’t the staff’s fault they were excellent. They were slow bringing the drinks but they were busy and just genuinely lovely. The food was great and we felt so comfortable there you truly relax. Often one can be distracted by decor but certainly not in this case. I can’t recommend it highly enough, it’s not gimmicky and I can say from experience that if you have any trouble they WILL sort it, quickly and professionally. Really had a great time. Do go. I would probably have overlooked this place, don’t, that would be a mistake.
