I love this restaurant, it has been at the foot of Steep Hill for years and I have been going there for over 20 and have never had a bad meal, the food is fresh, authentic and the staff are attentive, I would recommend

A traditional and "what you would expect" standard curry house in Lincoln....
If your not fussed about being in fancy surroundings or in a boutique Indian restaurant in Lincoln then pay a visit to The Bombay!
The food in this Lincoln Indian Restaurant is fine and traditional. If you want a Chicken Bhuna, a Tiikka or a Hot Madras just look on their menu and its there.
Be ready for that usual slow service, the pushing of the poppadoms and pickle tray, all the usual Indian Restaurant things and you'll be fine...
Want a pint of Cobra beer? It's there as well..
Late night curry on your list after a good day and night in Lincoln?
You could do a lot worse than the Bombay.
Worst bit? It's at the top of the Straight and Narrow precinct near the bottom of the Steep Hill.....

No complaints. The food was good and service good. Thier was 12 of us in our party. We all had a couple of drinks a starter main meal and breads or rice. The bill was £24 each.

I visited on a Friday evening with a group of 12. The staff were really friendly, helpful and polite. Service was reasonable and absolutely no complaints from any of us. All 12 mains were served together and everyone commented on how good the food was. The best chicken jalfrezi I've had for a long time!
