Fazoli's

Went here to drive-through and had to back out of drive-through. Apparently it would take thirty minutes before our order could be taken. So, I thought just a bad day. Went back two days later. Depending on which is worse the bad service or barely edible food. I went inside due to weather. The cashier has no pride in themselves or their job. I was amazed that he didn't screw up my change. The bread sticks were so hard that I couldn't eat them. The sampler was luke warm at best. There were no silverware or napkins. Don't think I'll be returning!

Excellent even on a busy Valentine's Day. We heard a staff member take a call from a worker who was not coming in. She handled it well, quickly took our our order and managed the dining room single handedly. With staff like that, who needs those people who call in sick at the last minute? Prop up and reward the good workers and fire the rest!

Place was a mess. Staff was incompetent at best. 3 people told me they didn’t have napkins….. lol. I saw a box of napkins. The staff very reluctantly handed over 4 napkins. Almost like they didn’t trust that I needed them as pasta sauce was running down my face. Great breadsticks tho! Everything else was trash.
