Great location. Really friendly helpful staff. Room needs a couple of tweaks. Shower water just went everywhere. No sockets near the tea making facilities. Had to boil the kettle on the floor across the room. No toilet roll in the room. Minor tweaks would make this 5/5. Great value and will give it another try.

I had an exceptional stay! The location is outrageously good and the rooms were everything I needed. Spacious, comfy and cosy. Bathroom was also great - great shower pressure. The staff were all lovely and helpful and warm. Thanks for a great stay! If I’m ever back in Liverpool, I’ll be returning here. ❤️

Fantastic hotel in a great location in Liverpool city centre. I only stayed for one night but it would be very comfortable for longer stays too. Just over the road from Liverpool One, all the amenities you could want are nearby and loads of public transport options in the area. The room was clean, cosy and very well appointed, staff all lovely, especially Luke who checked me in. Was great value when I stayed, paid not much more than 50 quid and for the price I was shocked at how nice it was. In the past I've paid 2x or 3x for hotels elsewhere that weren't nearly at this level.

I come to Liverpool to see my son once a month and i have stayed at a few hotels over the years but the lock and key really impressed me all round. I was delayed by roadworks and my drive from Bristol took twice as long and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. My room was clean, tidy, modern and very comfortable. I had a breakfast in the morning and although very busy the service was fantastic! All round a very pleasant experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
