Heaven for a chocolate lover!
Absolutely brilliant chocolate is served here. We had the Billionaire's Sundae, 85% Dark choco shake and Coconut White choco shake. The drinks and the sundae tasted so good and rich! The staff was very nice as well.

Our first experience of this brand with a cafe. Very sleek and popular with everyone and especially been in the exclusive area of Liverpool one. Staff very helpful and a great range of chocolate of course. Fully recommended. Love the design of the lounge.
Safe to say that these do the best Lattes in Liverpool City Centre!
This was my 1st visit and certainly won't be my last as I now have a VIP card to get money off on my future visits.
My mum really enjoyed her cup of English breakfast tea too. Only request from her was to have white sugar as an option.

Amazing cafe ❤️. The quality of service, drinks and dessert are so high that I have made it my plan to be my number 1 go to place for meeting up my friends 1 to 1. Its cosy and generally clean with cutely designed seating area. I would highly recommend taking a date here or just to catch up with a friend. I want to try and order EVERYTHING! 🤩🥰😍
We visit this hotel chocolate shop at liverpool and we were not dissaponted. Shop was nice and clean , the smell of chocolate inside is amazing. We decided try hot chocolate and omg soo good! We had milky and salted caramel hot chocolate. The best hot chocolate we ever had. Large hot chocolate £3.95 each.
Very welcoming, food Very nice, good atmosphere, rooms are nice, I'm a perfectionist, however no complaints. Tourist or not, try it out,you won't be disappointed. 3.8% of 5 🙂
The staff are incredibly friendly. We ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate and a mint chocolate shake with chocolate cream. Whilst nice, over £9 for 2 hot drinks is just a bit much for what it is.
My hot chocolate was literally just out of a velvetiser which I have at home. I thought there were extra touches.
Not the staff fault, I just think it's over priced.
Some tables could have been cleaner, wondering if customers had only just left before we arrived perhaps.
