Visited today for the first time to sit an exam. Was struggling to find a parking space and so the member of staff at the entrance allowed me to use the private car park so that I could get to the exam on time. He also advised me of places to park for next time I visit. Thank you so much!

I came here for a 2 day training course and I can highly recommend it for anyone looking to host training days or conferences. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cafe was lovely! The selection of rooms available means that the Gateway can host a variety of teaching days and events, and with Lime Street station around the corner it was very easy for me to get to the Centre. So again I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking to host an event or even pop in for a sandwich and coffee.

I booked a room last week for my work. Very nice place, room temperature was perfect, the Manager was very polite and proper 😊. Overall, I was extremely thrilled for the warm welcome and amazing hospitality. I will definitely be there again soon.

We had an away day at Gateway and were very grateful to the team for being so accommodating of our needs (AV set-up, vegan/allergen-free food etc.). The venue is in a central location with spacious rooms, good facilities, delicious catering and very friendly and helpful staff! And all good value for money as well. Would definitely recommend!

We used Gateway as a training venue all week. Great location, good facilities with a nice coffee shop on ground floor. PA + Scree were good as was the size and layout of the room. The manager is super helpful and would not hesitiate to reuse this venue.

sounds obvious but rarely achieved - great welcome, was expected, room ready, IT worked, refreshments made and refreshed as promised, great value lunch and lovely staff doing it all to support local charities.

Lovely staff, very accommodating during my visit. Also left my driving licence there and was completely unaware. They posted it back out to me free of charge! Thanks so much, highly recommend for any event!

The location is good. Public transportation is at the door. It's 3 minutes walk from Lime St train station. A block away from TJ Hughes. There is a lift and disabled toilets. Equipped with both visual and audio equipment. Manager and staff are helpful and approachable.
