I had a great dining experience there, good food and nice wine, price is reasonable, restaurant decor is very cosy, service is good, would love to come again.

Stumbled upon this place for a quick drink and lunch. It was pretty quiet in there but everything was awesome! Staff was really nice and we loved our club sandwich and fried chicken sandwich. The espresso martini was great and I was happy they had a nice selection of spirits to choose from.

Food was delicious, service was great and overall experience was really good. Highly recommend the Dirty Breakfast Butty... So so good and plentiful.

We stopped in for a drink about 3pm so not very busy but loved the decor! The guy at the bar was friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Very tasty. I had the sea bass on noodles that were very flavorful.
The fish on the other hand was a little dry and could have used some spices or salt... or anything really.
It's a really interesting concept they had but they fell a little short. Still very enjoyable anyways.
The atmosphere is nice and the staff are very kind!

Me and my partner visited yesterday and I just wanted to give a big shout out to Ash, she was brilliant. So welcoming and warming, made us feel very comfortable. She was the only person to acknowledge us the whole time we were there. She was also very busy, running round after multiple tables and still had a smile on her face even after calling her over a couple times, when we needed something.
A truly lovely person. Thank you Ash

Really lovely staff and the cocktails tasted incredible. We had the cherry Bakewell and I think the raspberry and vanilla martini? Both tasted phenomenal and I love the theme of the place. Also good to sit against the balcony and people watch from comfy armchairs

Thank you for making a group of old friends so very welcome! Alex the manager went above and beyond to make our visit amazing. Looking after us from the moment we walked in to the moment that we left. He came with a glass of fizz for everyone, which was a lovely thoughtful gesture. Claire and Ellis were our wonderful servers, the food was delicious, the service impeccable and a gorgeous atmosphere. Don't hesitate to book, you'll have a fabulous time in warm and inviting surroundings. Thank you CC Manchester.

We came here for a meal before going to the AO Arena for a show. The food was lovely, service was great.

Went out for an afternoon meal with a couple of my mates, had a great time. The food was good, could have been a little bigger for some of the starter sizes. They had some music in the background which was a nice touch. Our waitress, Katherine Neal, was incredible. She was so good with our order as some of us have allergies and she dealt with that greatly and was just so nice. We chatted with her for a little and she’s so lovely and showed impeccable customer service. Great gal

My mrs and I ordered the cosy club breakfast and the cosy eggs with spinach and mushroom, the breakfast was gorgeous but not enough of it so ordered extra sausage and egg, whilst my better half tucked into her cosy eggs she ended up with a sharp plastic bit in her mouth, the staff were very apologetic and stated it must be off some packaging and knock the cosy eggs off the price of the bill which was kind of them, the scenery was beautiful and the atmosphere was great to.

Well, what can only be described as a Fawlty Towers brunch.
I arrived first, 10 minutes early, nobody asked me if I would like a drink. Another person of our party arrived, neither of us were asked if we would like a drink
Everyone arrived (bearing in mind this was 30 minutes after I arrived) still, nobody has offered any of us a drink, I have to get up and go and find a waitress to ask can we order drinks. Not off to a great start really. (And this was my idea ).
One of our party is wearing a beautiful white summer dress and white kimono, she’s a vision, until her espresso martini arrives and she ends up wearing that as well. Cue a red faced bar man and her hand washing her dress in the toilet (not literally). It all washes out and we have a little laugh about it with Mr Butterfingers who suggested we throw a coffee over him also, we decline but are grateful for the sentiment.
Food arrives, for 5 out of 6 of us. The manager informs me that my breakfast was not put into the till but it can be done in ‘2 minutes’. Not wanting to risk anything that’s taken two minutes to cook I decline and say just bring a couple of rounds of toast. Said toast takes 15 minutes to arrive, everyone has pretty much finished their meals by the time I receive the pity toast.
So the meal, breakfast gravy DELICIOUS, presentation, great. Most things are cold, cold kale served with cold poached eggs and random twigs here and there.
We then receive a complimentary round of cocktails which is great, poor waitress apologised profusely, she’s really lovely and tried her best. Then, CRASH!
We turn around and the table behind us has had their drinks dropped on the floor by a waitress, ones smashed and the others that survived are taken away back to the bar while the table look longingly after them as it’s taken so blimmin’ long for them to arrive in the first place, we all have a little giggle together.
Time to split, I ask for the bill, it turns up and the espresso martini my friend is wearing is on the bill. You can’t make this up. I have to get up and walk around and ask a couple of different people to amend this, the manager and waitress tell me they had no idea my friend is wearing her drink but they will remove this no problem. New bill comes. We pay.
All in all this quick brunch before the Gin & Rum Festival has taken over 2 hours.
I’m exhausted

Got table straight a way. Ordered breakfast had to wait half an hour for food. They were very short staffed only one waitress running around. Food was excellent when we got it. Tipped the waitress she was rushed off her feet

Fab place! Been a couple of times now, once for drinks and once for food, loved it both times! Amazing place if you have kids....lots of games to keep them occupied whilst you enjoy a couple of drinks xxxx

Like being in a Manor House 🏠 in the City. Only 65p for a pint of blackcurrant & water , so happy 😀 chap . It’s so cosy that I could move in here , top place .

Went there twice during the Easter holiday for lunch. Nice staff, good food and great atmosphere. Perfect place to hang out for lunch /brunch. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Manchester.

Booked a table for a quick bite to eat before a show at Manchester Arena. We were greeted with a smile and shown to the table. Lucas (who was doing his first proper ‘waiting on’ shift) took our drinks and food order and was very professional and friendly.
As we were restricted on time, we both picked 3 dishes from the Tapas menu. The food was really tasty and I’m gutted that we didn’t have time to experience more of the menu. Will definitely be back as there is so much more to explore.

I had the stuffed chicken breast which was absolutely to die for. The quality of the food is immaculate - especially for the price! Not to mention the incredible service. Will 100% be returning and recommending to all of my friends and family. Thank you for a brilliant experience!

It’s name says it all - when your there and having a relaxing drink it’s such a cosy atmosphere - the food is really nice too and so are the staff - I visit Manchester regular from St Helens and always try to Paula visit to the cosy club x

Great value for breakfast (especially the Breakfast Club special M-F 930-11:30 for 8.25 for a hot drink and brunch item!)
We enjoyed the eclectic decor, the kind service, but the food was the star!
Excellent poached eggs, spinach, mushroom hollandaise sauce! Nice kids menu includes drink and we will be back as it's easily a good value in the city centre.

Most amazing burger I've ever had....and that's saying a lot. The service wasn't great but I've gone to expect that in this country.
But the food was amazing - had a prawn starter which was excellent and followed that with a chicken burger that was absolutely awesome.

The interior here is actually amazing! Every corner is full of cute pieces of furniture and pictures. It's super 'cosy'. Great vibe overall, it's pretty big inside too with lots of nooks and crannies.
The food was ok, we ordered from the tapas menu, 3 items each which was more than enough. The spinach croquettes were DELICIOUS, the falafel were a bit hard and the avocado dip wasn't good at all. My friend rated hers as OK too.
We booked on the 50% off menu so were a little annoyed to be challenged by the waiter who claimed we needed a code in an email, annoying as I wasn't aware of this and didn't get an email with a code. He ended up agreeing to give us 50% off but it wasn't great imo. I'd go back and give it another go, try a main and drinks. The interiors worth it if nothing else!

The Cosy Club is one of the newer additions to The Corn Exchange, a phrase I use lightly considering it is probably over 6 months old now, and already has 10 reviews on Yelp, before publishing mine.
Cosy Club can be reached through going through the outside entrance, although it does have views from the balcony of The Corn Exchange, you can't get to it from the inside part, and just cut through the restaurant.
The lift here is much better than Zizzi next store, and is a better lift, instead of a "Stannah stairlift" type one, although it still wasn't perfect, being really slow (I admit they was 30 stairs) and also made some funny noises, to the point I thought I was stuck in it, only for it to open, just before pressing the alarm button!
One of my main reasons of visiting Cosy Club was receiving a recommendation of their gluten free menu, the staff told me about this, and they had both gluten free and vegan menus. The menus were not massively impressive, however they did have bread and burger buns which was good, but apart from that they was just tweaking other dishes, for example the breakfast didn't have gluten free sausages of any kind!
I decided to sit in the restaurant area, which has nice views of Exchange Square, opposite the Arndale and the new metrolink station, I do prefer the view of the Corn Exchange, which is a nice area, but as that is more of a bar type, I decided to sit in the "restaurant part" as it would be better to just eat there.
This is quite a big place in general, they have tried to keep some of the buildings original features, as it was built in 1903 such as the walls, which was nice, as well as adding their own twist onto the space.
The service here seemed quite slow, it took about 20-25 minutes to get my food, which shouldn't of taken that long, to the point I guess they run off to Morrisons to get some gluten free bead, but still they should have warned me about the wait, waiting this long for a breakfast is still quite poor.
It is quite a pricy place too, especially on certain "sides", "dishes", and "drinks" with my Watermelon iced tea costing £3.75, I admit it was a very nice drink, with a fresh, tangy taste but still the price was still far too much, anything over £3 would have been, and even £3 would have been pushing it, but acceptable as it is a location in Manchester city center.
Now to the food, when it finally arrived, it looked like they had tried to pile too much onto one plate, and although they were some nice things on there, they might have been too much, which kind of makes it a less classier place, and more of a "Greasy spoon" type restaurant, although it wasn't like that, with the baked beans being presented in a pot, it just gets rid of the class a bit, especially with a "leaning tower of scrambled egg" as it was propped up by the mushrooms.
The portion of eggs were unbalanced, as I got lots of scrambled eggs, which were unmixed, meaning some parts tasted good, and some parts bland and awful, and it was a real mix, when they could have just spent an extra 30 sections making sure the balance is better, and the poached egg was simply the size of a stamp, and it was even hard to get a decent taster, with it being a size of a free sample you would get in Costco.
The gluten free bread was quite nice for gluten free, although it was small, but still it was ruined in a way by the butter, which just tasted cheap, poor and low-quality.
It also come with hummus, the hummus was quite nice and it did taste home-made, and they was a good portion of it too, which helped go with the bread and the potatoes.
The grilled potatoes is another thing that was unusual to have for a breakfast, and although they were not horrible, they tasted satisfactory infact, they just didn't taste right and fit in with my breakfast, and they could have been much better in general too.
Overall, most of my meal did taste good / good quality, but they was certain items that were poor, for example the iced tea was excellent, however the eggs and potatoes, although they were satisfactory could have been much improved, the butter and also the lift situation, taking a long time and being rather unpleasant, I feel I can't go over 3 stars.

When the sun is a regular presence here in Manchester, the line for a table can get horribly long but it's totally worth the wait.
One recent sunny day, my friend and got a sun-side table and ordered a Cosy Club Sandwich to share. This Bad Boy is stuffed with bacon, chicken, mayo, tomato and lettuce - completely delish!
The sandwich was served with chipotle mayo and chips, all for the very reasonable price of £8.95. It's hard to argue with a bargain like that :-)

I had been to The Cosy Club once before for cocktails and found it great.
It's a huge open bar space, with plenty of comfy seating and overlooking the majestic looking dome inside the newly refurbished Corn Exchange.
Today I went for lunch and was very impressed. They do brunch until 6pm and all of the menu looked lovely. Lunch items such as sandwiches, burgers and paninis cater to those who fancy snacking and then the dinner menu, served from midday offers starters and mains and varies from fish dishes to pasta, pub fare and steaks.
I went for a tomato and mozzarella panini with fries and salad. It was great.
With it being a warm day, I opted for a refreshing sherbet lemonade which really hit the spot.
Don't discount The Cosy Club just because it's a chain restaurant. It's very good.

After a rather disastrous stint as retail blackhole The Triangle, The Corn Exchange has reverted back to its old name, and now plays host to several quality restaurants nestled around its walls, including The Cosy Club, which I'd only heard about, but in passing thought I would give a try, after the menu outside proved tempting, and the idea of it being a casual lounge type affair.
The funny thing is that as soon as you step inside, the décor IS decidedly "cosy", flock wallpaper, old framed artwork and tasselled lampshades and various curios surround a staircase leading upstairs (there's a lift too).
Walking into the main bar area was wonderful, as the theming continued, opening up into a large domed area with a bar and lots of seating, the wood panelled walls full of old framed portraits and stuffed and mounted deer, all the way up to the ceiling. The best description I could give to this theme was that of a Colonial hunting lodge or an old gentlemen's club. It felt very classy but also very comfortable.
This is the sort of theming I love, and if I'm honest it reminds me a little of The Adventurer's Club at Walt Disney World, and believe me that's a good thing! I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who introduced herself as Stef, and asked where I'd like to sit. As it was quiet it seems that the main bar is used as the restaurant, as the restaurant section itself is sprawling, with a huge amount of additional seating, continuing with the theming throughout.
I chose to sit by the balcony, which gave some great opportunity to people watch over the rest of the interior of the Corn Exchange. I noticed there was a Connect Four game on my table, and although I moved it, Stef told me how they have board games and the such if anyone fancies playing (and later I saw a group of three Korean diners thoroughly enjoying Connect Four, and laughing). She left me with the food and drink menus and said she'd be back.
I was really pleased to see that the drinks list had a good range for those of us who don't drink, not just the usual Coke/Fanta/Lemonade options. The item that really caught my eye was Watermelon Iced Tea, so I ordered one!
It was fabulous! Really tangy and delicious, it made your eye twitch, and was made by a genuine man with a genuine beard at the genuine bar, it wasn't from a bottle. Lovely! I would get this again without question, although Stef also recommended next time I try a berry concoction which is also proving popular.
The menu is full of delicious temptations, from an extensive brunch menu, to sandwiches. panini, burgers and tapas. The puddings look pretty damn good too. Next time I think I'll try the game stew from the mains menu. It's a sign you've enjoyed a place when you find yourself already planning your choices for next time!
However, this time I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken, which came with chipotle mayo, house slaw, and triple cooked chips, and for less than a tenner at that. Stef also said it was no problem to replace the chipotle mayo with standard mayo, as I'm a big girl's blouse and don't like spice very much.
When my food came out, I'm glad I didn't opt for any side dishes as this was a big portion! I was pleased to see that for 'fried chicken'. it was actually not battered but instead coated in a wonderfully crunchy breadcrumb, and gigantic in size, taking up over half the plate. It reminded me more of a schnitzel, but either way it was delicious, juicy and tasty.
It sat on top of a portion of triple cooked chips. Now if you've been to restaurants in the past few years, you'll see that everyone and his grandma claim to offer "triple cooked chips", but they rarely are, so to find somewhere that really DOES do triple cooked chips, and does them properly is always a thrill, and Cosy Club do just that!
The house slaw was nice, but I'm a bit of a traditionalist and prefer it with a mayonnaise rather than a dressing, but it was still good, with lots of flavour.
Before paying, I went to have a look around the expansive restaurant section, where I found lots more tables, but also some quiet and private area with armchairs and sofas, which again felt wonderfully cosy. I also found the beautiful glazed tile staircase leading down to the toilets.
I paid for my food at the bar, and spoke to some other staff members, including the man with the beard who I informed was a dead ringer for one of the portraits on the wall (if it included hipster glasses!). They were friendly and told me how the theming was achieved, treasured they'd found, and how the group of 5 mounted deer heads over the bar were affectionately referred to as One Direction.. They also told me that the glazed tiles on the staircase are pre-war, and from the glory days of the Corn Exchange itself. They work perfectly with the theming of the Cosy Club, that's for sure.
I will most definitely I've already picked what I want! I might even pop in just for a pot of tea sometime! :)

I like the name 'Cosy Club'. Makes the place sound very homely. And I guess it sort of is with its sofas.
Since it opened last year, I've been a few times for drinks but today is the first time I tried the food.
I went for the buttermilk chicken with chips, chipotle mayo and coleslaw. It was all really tasty. The chicken was moist and really tasty. I also really liked the slaw.
I had a glass of Malbec with it - a choice I have made before when coming just for drinks.
Overall, I like the place and the food is ok. Would go back again, albeit may not be my first choice, but that is mainly based on location.

Met friends here for a drink before we ate at Pho. Despite the name, this place is cavernous, with a triple-height ceiling and open view out to the Corn Exchange's former trading floor (which will soon be filled with diners from the dozen or so restaurants).
The walls are full-to-bursting with framed pictures and various stuffed antelope and gazelle heads, which makes it look a bit more like a museum than a bar, but I suppose the vast space needed decorating somehow - it'll most likely become the 'bar' for the Corn Exchange as a whole.
You can dine here as well in a separate restaurant area.
It was a shame that, given the myriad of choice for craft ales nowadays, the bar only had two beers from Brightside available. I'm sounding like a broken record now as there's been a few new openings neglecting to offer decent beers - hopefully they'll introduce other options but for now, I wouldn't rush back here.
Ryan M.
I came here on a night out with 2 friends for drinks and decided to try the food as I was here. We sat in the bar area however there is a nice dining are in the back. The decor here in the pub is beautiful and I found the staff really helpful. They let me try the real ale before deciding on what I wanted. Very helpful with everything as technically the kitchen had just closed but they squeezed in an order for me after having a chat with the chef!! That's what I call going the extra mile!
I decided to order the 35 day aged rib eye with triple cooked chips and a side of mac and cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly and you could tell the beef had been hung. It was tender and easy to eat. Also ordered the peppercorn sauce which was yummy. The downside was the chips (fries). They were more like wedges and if I am honest weren't good. They were very greasy. I'd order something else next time like a potato or salad with the steak. You have been warned. The mac and cheese was pretty good though and I would say to definitly give that a go. Good place to come with friends for food / drinks. Service was excellent although it was pretty quiet so would be interesting to experience when its busy. Pretty good especially considering its a chain. Beats the hell out of TGI Fridays, Weatherspoons or similar chains any day!

The Cosy Club is one of the newest openings in the renovated Corn Exchange, formerly The Triangle shopping centre. The interior and exterior don't exactly match, with colourful tables and chairs out front clashing somewhat with the regency style interior decoration, with plenty of deer heads and formal portraits. Aside from that, it's a lovely space, with a huge opening looking over the inside of the Corn Exchange - currently pretty barren but soon to be bustling with other restaurants and bars.
We were invited along via work for the soft launch which included free drinks and tapas. Naturally we headed for the bar upon arrival to look over the menu, which includes wine, beer and plenty of cocktails. We shared prosecco between the six of us throughout the evening - although cocktails were available on this launch the service was massively slowed down. I appreciate a well made cocktail but when you've got a lot of people to serve in a short period of time, it makes sense to cut your offering down to wine, beer and fizz.
After sitting outside and appreciating the favourable Manchester weather we were having at the time, we headed upstairs to get our fill our tapas. They presented us with two boards with 3 tapas plates on each - halloumi, carrot and chickpea salad; shredded duck; hummus; chorizo; and potatoes with a lemon mayonnaise. Service faltered a tad here as there was no bread served alongside despite us seeing it on every other table and only two forks were provided between our large table. A quick word with a member of staff saw this corrected very quickly plus a few more boards.
The chorizo was the stand out dish as it totally melted in your mouth, followed by the chickpea, halloumi and carrot salad, which was super simple but delicious.
It being the soft launch, I have no idea on the food prices, but the drinks seemed reasonable for the rest of the city - around £8 for a cocktail. I'll probably be back in the future but with so many other options in this area starting to pop up it'll be interesting to see how The Cosy Club fares.

I can't believe that I have waited this long to venture into the new and improved Corn Exchange! They have done a really good job on the whole building and I really look forward to trying some of the other delights it has to offer!
As for the Cosy Club...this place is right up my street! I was shocked when I walked in so see just how big it was! My friends and I found ourselves a nice sofa and ordered some cocktails, (I had lime & soda after overindulging after Christmas!) I may have had a cheeky sip of the Pina Colada and it was yummy!
A really great touch is that they have board games, (I am super competitive) so we grabbed 'Guess Who' and 'Connect 4' which kept us entertained!
I checked out the food menu, sadly, we had just eaten but I will definitely be going back to try their truffle mac & cheese! It all looked like really good, comfort food and it was reasonably priced.
The only reason this place didn't land a 5 star review was it didn't feel as 'cosy' as I would of liked, it had all the elements you would want from a 'cosy' place such as the board games, squishy sofas and comfort food but the space was huge and because of the open plan nature of the Corn Exchange I didn't get sucked in to the atmosphere I would of liked.
A really great place to visit and I will definitely heading back!
Emma M.
Happy hour is the time to be here, 2 cocktails for £9.50, espresso martinis to die for! Bar staff do too much faffing around! I don't care if you can shake 3 shakers of cocktails at once, poor me my drink, it's Friday night!!!
Callum E.
This place seems to be a new addition to the corn exchange, it has a warm welcome and some nice decor!
After walking up the first set of stairs, there was a number of comfy chairs and pillows (probably where it's name comes from) I didn't investigate the room fully but I'd assume that's a bat area.
I had a meal their, essentially a Philly cheese steak, this was a great cut of meat and I thoroughly enjoyed it. A friend of mine got fish and chips, which seem'd a bit greesy, so I'd suggest to avoid that.
Other than that, great service, good location and food on my part was nice!

I've just come home from having the most amazing Breakfast at The Cosy Club, the latest opening in the Corn Exchange, places like this make me so happy I decided to move to Manchester. It is exactly everything I want out of a place and I can see myself visiting a lot. We originally sat outside as it was a sunny morning, blankets were provided on the backs of the chairs in case we got a little chilly, which it did (typical Brits and trying to enjoy any possible 'summer' sunshine'). We managed to have a coffee outside but decided as we we're eating, we would move inside. The lovely waitress gave us a little tour of the place and sat us down at a table and took our food order. The decor of the place is unbelievable, they could come decorate/furnish my flat anytime. It's as you would expect, Cosy and quirky. Lots of formal portraits, random light shades hanging from the ceiling and deer heads.
Breakfast - WOW, The Cosy Club know exactly what they are doing. Fantastic selection; Full English Breakfasts, Sausage & Egg Muffin, Scrambled Eggs on Toast & a simple Granola with Berries (Oh and pancakes, how could I forget). Our group ordered 3x the Full English Breakfast (£8.25) which included thick sourdough bread, bacon, eggs (anyway you want), sausage, black pudding, tomato and mushroom. Let me tell you, it's extremely good value for money it's huge and I quote 'The BEST breakfast in Manchester'. I ordered Sourdough Bread with Scrambled Eggs (£3.25), again it was large and the best scrambled egg I've EVER had (Sorry Teacup, you've been outdone). 4 Breakfasts plus 8 drinks was £52 (drinks were 3x milkshakes, 2x coffee's, 1x orange juice and 2x pints of beer). After eating breakfast we sat in the main bar area, which is totally stunning. We played a few games of Jenga whilst finishing our drinks and just chilled out. They had lots of different games to choose from such as Monopoly and Card games.
Highly recommend this place for breakfast. Cannot wait to try the Lunch & Dinner menu.
Courtney C.
We stopped in for breakfast. I had the avocado breakfast which has egg, cilantro/coriander, avocado, and a flat bread. I had it topped with bacon and hollandaise. I am posting this because it isn't easy to get a coriander/avocado/lime concoction for breakfast in this country (outside London) and this has the flavor of everything I miss. For me it was the perfect size to not overstuff myself. It's really so good. Made my day. My partner had the "cosy breakfast" which he categorized as "competent" (it's a traditional English breakfast). Good coffee and service.

I Loved the Cozy Club at the Corn Exchange, I came here to meet a mate before we went to the Adele concert next door at the Manchester Arena, I didn't know what to expect from the Cozy Club but i loved it! Its like a country pub with arm chairs and a long bar with a big open view overlooking the rest of the corn exchange with a great and interesting decor. The bar staff were friendly and efficient and i cant wait to go back. its a great place to meet friends here or take your friends to.

So this was my first visit to the restaurant and I do like the whole new vibe and refurbishment to make the Triangle an eclectic Hub of eateries rather than its previous place as a failed high end set of small shops.
The place had a great atmosphere. Met immediately by the front of house dude who was quirky and cool. In fact that goes to say for all the staff. No uniform to speak off but all trendy and friendly
We were seated at the back with a good view of the room. Tables little small when just 2 and we were under the speaker and whilst the music was enjoyable slightly loud. Good job we both had big Gobs and loud voices.
The drinks came quickly and we had the Henners British sparkling wine which was in the menu to challenge the socks of most champagnes. It was nice crisp and fresh not sure I'm sold on the ideas it's better than my usual fizz. The jury is still out lol
We had a great selection of tapas to Share. It was tasty and just the right amount. I then had the buttermilk chicken. It was simple but delicious. And the chips well cooked 3 times! Hmmmm I'm currently in the gym doing extra cardio. Ha
We didn't have dessert but I saw a few in the next table and they looked yummy
The staff where great and just checked on us enough and service with a smile makes all the difference.
I would recommend it. And relatively good price. I would return.
Gayle P.
After a second visit to the Cosy Club I'm going to increase my rating to 4 stars. Now the Corn Exchange is almost finished and the place a lot busier the Cosy Club has a lot more atmosphere and has a much better view onto the main concourse. They have also upped their game when it comes to cocktails as the ones we had on Saturday were excellent.

I met an old friend from uni for lunch here yesterday, I won't be going back. The service was very good but the drinks and food were very poor. The mojito was 1/4 liquid in a large glass of crushed ice, didn't taste anything like mojitos I'm used to - more like lime mixed with water - and contained zero alcohol as far as I could tell. I had to return the 35 day aged steak - it was inedible, I would go so far as to say it tasted disgusting. I know what an aged steak tastes like, I often visit Argentinian grills, I know good meat - something was very wrong with this steak. In fairness the manager was accommodating and took it away, replaced with the safe english breakfast my friend has also ordered. That new dish was made with the absolute cheapest ingredients possible - the sausage was from an economy range I am sure - which is just not on for £12 - it's only eggs, bacon and sausage! This review would be 1 star if not for the waitress and manager who were great, and the fact that they switched my dish without issue. The food and drinks here are really cheap and poor quality, never going back.
