Been twice now, so that's a good sign 😊. The menu is good, if not exciting - traditional middle-eastern fayre done well but not imaginative. A bit of an issue with the wine on this occasion as they were about to change the menu so didn't have this first three wines we asked for, then the beer (can, opened at the table) was a bit overexcited, but got there in the end.

KAI beautiful restaurant with great food, lovely and helpful staff. And best frothy cappuccino in town! I pop in there early morning and those guys make it for me even though they are still busy setting their tables out! They really know how to make you feel welcome! And their Christmas decorations are stunning!

Friendly staff, tasty food and well designed surroundings.
Only criticisms would be falafel was quite salty and the style of hummus was a bit watery for my rate (I prefer it thicker). But that’s minor detail compared to how tasty and well presented he food is.
We’ll definitely be back!

The staff there are extremely helpful. I got a Groupon deal (and had issues) but they were resolved in a timely manner. The decor was nice. Loved the ceiling flowers. My friends and I loved the food.

Reserve a table if you wish to visit. Fantastic food and presentation along with flavours and really good size portions. however I feel they are charging a bit to much for what they offer. the decor is great however i was disappointed they do not have a service to provide something for a birthday unless you bring your own cake. staff is friendly and manager was great.

We visited Kai as a result of seeing the place on Instagram and it's prime location on Deansgate. Having visited on a Monday night, it was relatively quiet in comparison with what I imagine a weekend would be. Nonetheless, the food and service was exquisite. Cooked brilliantly, and the waitresses were extremely hospitable.

FOOD was on point. Absolutely delicious!!!! The staff were incredibly friendly, quick service, surprised it wasn't busy, as a food love it was definitely the best halal restaurant ive ever been to in the UK, definitely recommend. The food actually tastes the same as in Turkey, which was quite surprising. the atmosphere was fab, especially the floral roof.
overall I give it a 10/10

Excellent quality food. Was perfectly cooked and well presented. Had an early dinner 1800 as has a toddler with us. Staff very helpful and attentive. Is on the more expensive but given decor, location and quality of food I think it’s appropriate. Only reason it’s not 5 stars as desserts weren’t great. Would definitely return but would skip dessert next time.

In Manchester they just opened this restaurant, there were amazing,creative decorations and a nice atmosphere. The staff was particularly nice with us but seemed nice to everyone. The drinks were spectacular. But put all the good things aside, the only bad thing was the foods presentation could be more creative. We asked for a lot of things from the menu but they said to us that it is not available. I am going to come back though because the kebab looked really nice!
