Redheads Mac 'n' Cheese

Only Mac "N" Cheese I've tried (Mac "N" Cheese doesn't exist in Sweden), but it is AMAZING (if you pick one of the good ones). Depends on one's preference so I'm keeping the 5 stars. Wish I remembered which one I ate at the Xmas market (devoured it before I could take a picture). Will update this review as soon as I try whichever one it is again. It might have been Chorizo or Sticky Rib🤔

Is this the best m ‘n’ cheese I’ve ever had? Unquestionably, yes! It’s located in Grainger Market and my wife and I were having a wonder round and because this place was on my list of places try we had to pay it a visit. I’ve had mac n cheese before from vendors and they always seem watery and disappointing. I was curious about this place because the reviews were excellent and the pics looked beautiful. I ended up going for the carbonara which was a special. We only had to wait a few minutes and then it arrived, and holey moley, it looked incredible. Thankfully my wife doesn’t like cheese so there was no sharing. The taste was amazing and the consistency of the mac n cheese was spot on. It was also a substantial portion. I was so surprised that it wasn’t very busy because the food is unreal. It looks like they add/change items to the menu semi regularly which is good to hear. This mac n cheese heaven would be scored even higher if the customer service was a bit better. The guy that severed us was a wee tad miserable and I would have liked a smile or some chat. Apart from that everything else was brilliant!

We had the good fortune to come across this little eatery at their new second location; the Stack, Newcastle, on their very first day. It really was ridiculously good. I had my flu jab yesterday and I was miserable, but this cheered me right up! If we lived in Newcastle I'd eat here regularly, as it is, I'll find an excuse to come back 😊

Discovered this place by accident and as soon as I tried it I knew i will keep coming back for more 🤤 the Mac n cheese 🧀 is absolutely amazing and served really fresh and hot which is just delicious 😋 You can never go wrong with the original so definitely give it a try if you don’t know which one to go for 👍🏼
