A very nice little cafe in the heart of Norwich! Staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions. Very spacious and modern inside. A good range of food choices and drinks! The jacket potatoes are lolvely and the portion sizes very generous. The cookies and cream/oreo cheesecake is delicious, I would highly recommend this!
When we travel to norwich from caister we always have lunch here food good staff friendly the only down side is the space hard to get a table in busy times
Good selection of food, perfect for lunches or snacks. Love the atmosphere too, nice and cosy. Strongly recommend, if you're in the area.
I had the cheese scone which was soft inside as I expected it to be, resembling a soft and buttery, cheesy baguette, and it’s the second best I’ve had in Norwich. This was despite it being the end of the day and not being warmed up, which is still pretty impressive. The slices of cake here are big too. The tables are kept very clean and they are cleared in a short amount of time. There are also lots of seats and the atmosphere is quite casual, so it’s a simple place to chill.
Lovely cafe and atmosphere. Clean and tidy. However the girls serving at the weekend were wearing nail polish and their long hair was not tied up.
Health and safety ladies!!
Please also when giving out cups, don't hold by the rim, use the handle.
I shall return as I like the cafe, its the basic hygiene that needs to be addressed.
Many thanks 😊
Lovely place to grab a breakfast.
It was lovely and clean, the staff were very nice, i had scrambled egg on toast and found the egg was a little over cooked...but other than that it is well worth a visit.
05.03.2023 Haven't been since before covid and it didn't disappoint. Large slices of chocolate cake, lovely brownie and yummy freshly made chicken and bacon panini. Jacket potatoes were freshly cooked and large.
Busy at 1.15pm but it was worth it. Reasonably priced and soup of the day is £5.
Cramped seating but high turnover so can move if needed. High chairs available.
Toilet is out the door and around the back.
My go to place for a coffee in Norwich. The only thing I don't enjoy is that the tables are v close together, so difficult to negotiate with a full tray. And chivalry was lacking when I was trying to open the main door with a tray to sit outside - but that says more about the customers than the staff. But the coffee was good and the cake delicious
This is my go-to place for coffee in Norwich. Coffee is perfect and the Paninis are great too with top quality creamy coleslaw and I love the Cheescake. Located in the charming arcade it already has charm, but in winter, when it's cold outside and the windows steam up it's a haven of hygge.

Great Jacket Potatoes and Paninis, cake selection looked incredible but didn't partake this time!
Packed out place in the arcade, plenty of great options - can see how this is a local favorite!
Food reasonably priced. Quite a queue but service is fairly quick. Not much room at the tables.
Superb traditional cafe. Hard working staff and a good selection of food/drink. Customers friendly!
