Best chippy in norwich (though they don't do chicken* :)) decent portions too, slightly smaller then last I was there but still good value, be prepared to queue as it can get very busy (it really is that good)
*update: they now do chicken, really really nice chicken

A very good chip shop offering tasty food for a good price. Ordering for four people in my family only came to around £18 and I think that’s a very good deal. The fish is massive and tastes really nice, the chips are made from new potatoes giving them a nice and fluffy texture which taste amazing and the batter is beautiful. Portions are big and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately they take only cash and sometimes it can be hard to find a cash point in The Golden Triangle, however, this is a very good fish and chip spot in Norwich.

Stafford Street chippie is one of the best outside of the city centre. I have had gorgeous cod and chips here several times before and I have never been disappointed.

Had not eaten a fish and chips for a few months. This was first time in Norwich. I recommend very much. We had scampi Chios and mushy peas. Was so tasty and really well cooked. The staff were very friendly and all at a reasonable price

Was in the west of Norwich and needed a fix of chips……checked google maps and found this one……wow what a great plaice (😂)
Got a large portion of chips and shared with my wife in the car parked outside.
Absolutely fantastic chips and guess the fish would be as good.
Now my problem is how to avoid the area since it’s got to be a return trip at least!

Good size portions, massive piece of cod as the pic shows, even though I didn't take the photo quick enough!
Fish was quite greasy in the paper and realised my ordered pickled egg wasn't there, but had already got home 😔
