Amazing service from Hayley our waitress! She was so friendly and attentive. Got a birthday balloon crown and some cake too which was nice. The food was amazing. The prices were higher than some places bit you get so much food it's good value. Limitless fizzy was excellent too!

Mia was an amazing host to us, she checked on us regularly, checked if we had any intolerances which I do. She explained how it works with intolerances and we ordered. Speedy service and so friendly! I couldn't decide between 2 puddings so I told her to surprise me!
My boyfriend went for the chocolate cake and I was torn between the biscoff sundae and the other chocolate dessert and she said she chose biscoff sundae as if we are anything like her and her boyfriend we would share so we had one chocolate dessert and one not chocolate based. She chose right! It was delicious and we signed up to the TGI app to get a free dessert each so that took some money off our bill!
I went here for my birthday with my wife and kids. The waiter was incredibly good, very attentive and didn't need to chase to get refills etc. We shared a big plate of nachos, I had the deluxe wagyu burger, the wife had the chicken fajitas, my daughter had the steak frites and my son had the fish fingers and chips from the children's menu. The starter and mains were delicious, a minor gripe would be the sauce pot that came with my meal, didn't have a strong enough flavour. Before the desserts came the staff sang happy birthday to me and gave me a slice of cake. For dessert I had the apple crumble pie, my wife had the chocolate brownie, my daughter had a smores sundae and my son had a male your own sundae. The brownie and sundae were delicious. The problem with my apple crumble pie was the flavour just wasn't quite right, there was a flavour in there that didn't work and overpowered the rest of the dish. All in all a very enjoyable meal.

Very pleased with the whole experience, both the greeter and our server asked if we had any food allergies, we both had the spied prawns as a starter really nice juicy plump prawns with a mildly spiced breadcrumb coating served with a dip and fresh salad.
Main course my wife had the messy cheeseburger with house fries, I had the cajun spiced pork chop, both really nice. Desert was honeycomb cheesecake. All in all faultless our server was excellent, drinks reasonable. A good evening, we shall return.
We went here for a meal with our kids who have never been before. They loved it!
There is such a great menu both for food and drinks. So much choice and the 2 for 1 on cocktails is a bonus.
Alfie was our waiter and he was brilliant! Great with our kids, patient, and charismatic and when we asked for an Espresso Martini, he replied "About that..." which made us laugh, making the fact the coffee machine wasn't working funny instead of a problem.
When the food arrived, it was hot, well presented and very tasty!
The cocktails were also well presented and tasty.
We'd absolutely recommend TGI Fridays, Norwich and Alfie definitely deserves recognition
Mia looked after us for my 30th birthday dinner with my 1 year old and partner! She was really attentive and helpful. Food was great and I was even given a balloon hat and balloon dog for my daughter as well as chanting happy birthday song!
We had an absolutely amazing experience with our host Ludouit here! Popped in for a quick drink and snack - and he made sure we had the best time. Big shout out to him for making an average afternoon absolutely great!
Found the menu a bit confusing when I scanned the allergen barcode, but staff quickly helped me out and left me space to decide whether to stay or not which was welcomed.
The clean tequila left a bit to be desired as it tasted of water with maybe a drop of grapejuice and even less of bitterness. Franklin and Sons ginger beer (not gluten free) was nice with a small ginger kick, but just enough. However the 3 yr Havana rum was worth every drop!

Oh and I was so happy to see an allergen stick that didn't have 'allergen' printed on it! A quiet night, this place deserves to be filled to the rafters.

A group of 10 of us went for a bottomless brunch today and we had karl as our host. He was so lovely to us and made us all feel very welcome, absolute legend!!!
