You have to pay admission to get here, unlike the main café but it is so much nicer. Sandwiches are freshly made. Wonderful herby sausage rolls. Good selection of tea. Served on vintage crockery.

This was my first visit to the tea room.
The old fashioned vibe was very welcoming. The mismatched crockery while unusual was just right in that setting
I was spoilt for choice with the menu. So many lovely cakes. I chose a slice of the coffee and walnut cake. I needed a bag to take half of it home. It was delicious.

Despite the £23 to get into the house. The toasties and cream and cheese teas were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff.

Set in the garden but close to the house, they do an excellent cream tea here
There is also a good choice teas, and other drinks from Luscombe.
You can sit outside in the garden at the side of the house and enjoy the view.
The scones are fresh baked, the crockery is mismatch china.
A very restful place to enjoy a sunny afternoon tea after a walk round the house and grounds.
