Rosati's Pizza

This is legitimately how my pizza was delivered to me. I understand and am sympathetic to businesses being short staffed. But, when I called and told the employee on the phone that this was what I received, she told me I would have to wait another 85 minutes on top of the initial 60 I waited to receive this one. When I said that mine should be priority, she said that was not possible. She had to keep putting me on hold to ask questions when the manager was right next to her and should have spoken to me himself. I am supposed to receive a refund.... in 3-5 days. But when you're a nurse (as I am) and you bought your kids a pizza right before you leave for your shift, this is not ok. There was not enough time for me to stop somewhere else, nor wait another 85 minutes. It's really unfortunate, but I don't think they will receive anymore business from me in the future.

While camping we ordered two pizzas, a 12pc order of wings and a chopped salad and 4 orders of fries. 1, The salad was superb. Generous amounts of topping 2, The wing were delicious 3, I tried making an account to get the 10% off online orders but it was a little confusing so I gave up and called my order in. But Mary who took my call, honored the online discount and gave me 10% off my order. 4, I ordered two pizzas, 1 sausage 1 pepperoni but mistakenly was given a mushroom pizza which my grandchildren will not eat.. I called them and right away they offered to replace the pizza or give me credit. No argument just nice people and great service. We will be ordering more often.

This place is terrible. Ordered a beef, with extra meat, side of 2 juice and Italian dressing and the beef was so dry and bread was hard. Did not receive my dressing, the fries were refried soggy and greasy. The order on the ticket was correct, I think they need to hire people that can actually read and care about their jobs!! Laziness.

Although the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza was truly remarkable (it was my first time experiencing such a thing), the Caesar salad ended up giving me a pretty bad stomach ache the next day. It was just that much worse that I had a flight home. For the pizza, as mentioned, it was delicious. Truly out of this world. I pray they bring a taste of Chicago to South Florida, but one can only hope. The pizza wasn't worth the pain from eating the heavy salad dressing, but it was definitely close.
