Brilliant pub with wonderful staff and clientele.
What a hidden gem- get there before they become infamous.
They are growing in popularity and rightly so.
Kind towards guests and dogs, great food, always a chat and a friendly face.
A lot of good things are going to happen around this pub…. It’s going to be even more lovely than it already is.

I like the customer service and the ambiance. The food is good, but as for the vegetarian it’s very limited. I would happily recommend this place for a good meal out with friends and family.

There were 7 adults for the Sunday roast. Some had the triple meat and some the beef. It was delicious. Good portion sizes, plenty of gravy and the meat was cooked perfectly. Most had the puddings which were lovely too. Fab service and will definitely be coming back soon!

We've not been to this pub for something like 25 years so I was pleased to see it was in many way unchanged. We visited it twice, once for evening drinks (good selection of beers, plenty of space and a wide range of different people welcomed there) and once for Sunday lunch. Sunday lunch on that day was a choice of roasts - or indeed all three roasts. Great, simple unpretentious pub food well done and good value. Looking forward to returning next time we're around.
