Maya Indian Bar & Grill

We come here every Friday for lunch and I love it every time. Sai is an excellent server, has all our food and drinks taken care of asap. At this point I've had half the menu and would recommend every single dish. If you're looking for a fun, delicious joint to stop by in quaint Wakefield then Maya is the place for you!

I've been coming here for lunch when I am in the area and have never had a bad meal. I generally get the Chicken Biryani with a side of garlic naan and am never disappointed. Our waiter Sai is always happy to see us and makes good suggestions if we dare venture past our normal orders. My colleague got an order of the cheesecake (which seemed odd) but said it was also really good and I'll have to try that next. The portion sizes are quite large compared to anything I've had in Boston/Cambridge and far more flavorful. I highly recommend you come here and try it as this is one of the most authentic Indian places I have eaten at.

A big NO!!!! Absolutely no sense of time constraint. Always always late in catering. So called catering place but what's the use when you don't deliver on time. Please BEWARE!!! if you have party, this restaurant won't care if your guests are waiting and you have to sit blank in front of them without having food to serve. Only thing they have to say is SORRY!!!!!! So, better to be SAFE than SORRY! Not done folks, we are SORRY this time. Reply to your response: Instead of reaching out to the customer it is better if we talk with Dara and the manager. They know what had happened, please ask them to show respect towards the customer, especially when you guys 1 hour 30 minutes late. On top of that you disrespect customers???? Is that your hospitality? And as it is mentioned that in last 2 weeks, SORRY, this has happened on last Sunday, just 2 days back not two weeks!!! So, I would really check our own records first.
