Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We were greeted right away. Waitress was super friendly. We were a group of 7 and they were very accommodating. The menus we were given, half of them were sticky and gross. You could see the liquid on them. Had to rush to bathroom to wash the mystery fluid off our hands. But besides that everything else went pretty smoothly. Soup and salads were good. She brought out extra bread sticks since we were a larger group. I had the stuffed shells and I loved them. Good amount. The breadcrumbs on them added that extra texture and flavor to the meal. Was definitely full by the time we left. The also have wine for $15 a bottle. Great deal to go with dinner.

Was there two weeks ago and I was disappointed at the service. We didn't get our salad or soup. We were offered for them to be packed to go. The restaurant was packed so kitchen was behind, so the waiter stated. Our food was delicious and the staff was amazing, so that makes up for the lack of not getting our salad and soup. The place was very clean. We both had the Chicken Alfredo, and the Shrimp piccada as an appetizer

Omg, I have not been to Olive Garden in years. We were celebrating my granddaughter birthday. We had an amazing time. The food was on par, we had one server and he did an excellent job. The bread was so good and hot, we found ourselves trying not to fill up on it because dinner was on the way. The entire staff was very attentive to our needs. You will definitely enjoy

I purposely ordered our food online for curbside pick up so that we wouldn’t have to sit and wait. Ordered at 4:30pm. Was told my food would be ready by 5:30pm. It’s been 45min and I’m still sitting my car waiting for our food. I understand being busy but if it’s going to take longer than promised give your customers a heads up.

12/16/21 Night and day… must be a new manager. I believe I saw him walking around all the tables making sure the service was good and food delivered on time as ordered. Service was great food was what I’m used to and excellent. 8/4/21 Server was ok but forgetful. Had to ask for breadsticks, said no onions but full of onions, forgot cheese… Also I found a hair in salad, see pic, server sad so sorry… I had to ask for a new salad and silverware. My soup was like the bottom of the pan and mostly beans. Not sure I’m going to stop in this location again after today. Ugh… 1/22/21 Good as always but the service was a little slow at this location. Just stopped in again and the service was very good and the soup and salad wonderful as always.

I was there with my 75 year old friend who had difficulty waking and someone had stolen her walker at the nursing home. Before I took her to the hospital we came in for a meal and Pedro was so kind! He helped me walk her to the table and the car I spoke to his manager Madison McKee and express how grateful I was ! They are both assets to your company and I will also inform guest services at corporate level about! They exceed my expectations! May God bless them both!

Horrible experience. Long wait to go to a table. Long wait to take your order. Asked for drinks. Long wait. Needed to ask for somebody else to ask for our lemonades. Finally got the lemonades and no straws. Got our order and they brought the salad. Had to go to the front desk to ask for our silverware. Still needed to wait for the silverware which we never had from the beginning. We were 4. She only brought the food for 3 of us. We came to eat together. More waiting time. Finally, the food came uncooked. My kids couldn't eat it. First time I leave a restaurant without leaving a tip.
