A great place for coffee and drinks, I had a lovely milkshake. The food was also fantastic, I love that a lot of the ingredients they use are locally sourced. The service was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely little cafe, I had a berry smoothie, and the avacardo and scrabled egg on soughdough. Good quality food and didn't have to wait too long, friendly staff, cute upstairs area and interesting decor. Would visit again

Tiny place (Sometimes you have to crab sideways). Very friendly staff & great service. The steep narrow stairs to the 1st floor are an experience. But well worth a visit!

Lovely little place, fab food, desserts and service, and the latte art was breathtaking!
Only warning is you do need to be steady on your feet as the stairs are very steep (as with many places in York).

Absolutely fantastic little Cafe. We went for breakfast and we were so surprised that such a small place was offering such a large fresh menu. We were not disappointed at all, all of the food was amazing, well seasoned and obviously freshly made. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the coffee was so good that we kept going back every day throughout our visit to York!

best oatmilk cappuccino I have had in York. The staff was kind and friendly, they moved quickly. the GF cannoli were unique and tasty. the scones were balanced and moist. I very much enjoyed my experience.

Cutest cafe ever! Has the best coffee, staff are super lovely and served us very quickly! Highly recommend getting the sausage butty, the chili jam is delicious.

It's impossible not to step in this quirky and cosy coffee shop set in the heart of York. The sitting area is split into three floors of a very old building and the environment is a step back in time. We had a cold macchiato and a mint tea. The coffee was great, good aroma, strong blend. We also had a pistachio cannolo but I could easily eat 10 of them in a blink of an eye. Reasonable prices, good service, great coffee and tasty pastries. If you are around I would strongly recommend to pop in to recharge your batteries.

Friendly staff, fast service for takeaway- Good selection of cakes & pastries on sale, I personally really like the decor inside. The coffee is slightly bitter compared to other similar coffee shops but this is just personal taste.
