Pizza as it ought to be done. We went on a Saturday late afternoon and had ample seating options. Is nice and cosy inside with a clear view of the kitchen. Service is courteous and efficient. Pizzas were fantastic and we ended up over eating with no space for the lovely tiramisu we spotted on the other table. Clean toilets. Back soon

People told me it's the best pizza in Brighton and I thought to myself 'It's just pizza, it's always good, how good could this actually be.'
I was wrong, it's the best pizza I've ever had. Like honestly wow, it's been a few weeks and I'm still thinking about that pizza.

Really good food, and affordable too. We got a pizza, calzone and fries for £27 and left very full (couldn’t finish the fries).

Choose this down to reviews, so went through the week about 5.30 . I advise on booking very busy at that time. I had not booked and managed to get an outside table. Gluten free bases available. All I can say please visit pizza was amazing, my wife had a gluten free red pizza , I had a white pizza normal base. The service was good very friendly staff and prices reasonable. I am definitely coming back when in Brighton

We got a walk-in here at 7pm on a Friday which was great, the service was very fast and there is really broad selection of options on the menu- you can just create your own pizza if you don’t see what you want. The atmosphere was perfect- buzzy but also relaxed. We did feel a bit rushed out at the end but otherwise a very good dining experience.

Came here recently and had a great experience. Great service, quick and very friendly. The food was also great and a decent selection of beers & wines. The is a nice cosy atmosphere inside and an outside area which is out of the way from the main road.
Definity recommend if ever looking for some good, and affordable comfort food.

Wonderful little (only about 10 tables) pizza joint. Really cosy, staff are welcoming and attentive enough. The pizzas are great, really authentic Italian flavours. And the house beer is very moreish. Well worth a visit.

It's very popular in town so I been there for try the Pizza that was one of the best pizza I have ever tasted. Nothing wrong about food, just the service can be more friendly end professional (?) but nothing wrong I didn't have any problems about my meal.

We chose this place because of its proximity to the train station and reviews about gf crust, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Only 5 minute wait at lunch time and service was fast and attentive. Absolutely delicious (dare I say, fluffy!) made to order gf crust that tasted as good as the regular. Note for celiacs that they use the same oven to cook the gf crust. I ordered the aubergine and smoked ricotta and highly recommend.

Simply the best authentic pizza restaurant north of the Laine, by miles (and even then, the only real competition is the other branch of Fatto a Mano). Support the friendly staff with a midweek visit soon and you'll be delighted.

Really efficient, friendly staff who where running round like mad trying to accommodate the newly released hoards of shoppers in the pouring rain.
Went with my parents who had the vegan margheritas and I had the cheesless version and added mushrooms.
If it were my experience only it would have been 5* but both of my parents said the vegan cheese was a bit like bechemal rather than cheese. Otherwise the pizzas were great. Fresh, fluffy dough and a rich tomato base with garlicky loveliness.
One small point would be to know if the wines are vegan friendly, but this is a common experience across most restaurants and it's rare that they are so I happily had a soft drink.

Just great pizza! If you want properly sourdough, Neopolitan style pizza, Fatto a Mano can't be beaten. There are vegan options for those who want which are pretty good considering nothing quite tastes like real cheese and loads of hand sanitiser for those who want to stay COVID safe.

Had their updated gluten free dough today and it was better than ever, crispy and light, I don't know how they manage to make it so well but it's still the best gluten free pizza out there, glad it's back! Would always recommend
