An excellent craft beer bar in Brighton, great service, great beer knowledge, really good selection of UK craft beers, and vegan burgers from Two Wolves, excellent way to spend a Friday holiday lunchtime!
Chose the 6 Degrees North NEIPA, Southey IPA and a 6 Degrees North Peloton Pilsner for Suzy.

Perfect little spot with a fantastic library of beers and ciders. Staff are very helpful with recommending something to your taste or similar. Food provided by Dizzy Gull is exceptional with burgers and other delights on the menu along with roasts on a sunday. Dog friendly.
Simon
Excellent pub. Great selection of beers etc

What a Pub! Amazing beer (ales) fantastic food (best chips in Brighton anyone?).
It does get busy, but everyone is friendly and worth the queue.
They have some evening themes, such as a tap takeover. I have also noticed a big pile of board games.

If you're into good beer then this place is a must visit. An ever evolving tap menu gives you something new to try every time.
Vegan wings are fantastic, also check out the tap takeovers they regularly host!

Fantastic little pub!
Great selection of both cracking - cask ales and keg craft ales. 🍺🍺
Many local breweries on tap too.
The vegan food is also too notch 🍔🍟👍
Will make this a new regular of ours.
Pub is also dog friendly 🐶

Very welcoming place with a wonderful range of craft beers and real ales. I was there during a women brewers tap takeover which was really exciting. They don’t have food but can order pizza in for you from the bar.

My favourite drinking hole in the Hove area. Massive changing craft beer and ale menu on a big chalk board. If you're a craft beer fan- you'll know that's a good sign. Also casks and kegs and a tap wall... What more do you need?
Lukasz Kurowski
A good place for a evening drinks, pleasantly crowdy and creating a positive atmosphere. Highly recommended
ABHIJOY CHAKLADAR
A good pint with a fair selection on tap for a small pub. Friendly staff. Nice place to catch up with friends. Good meat sticks!
Steve Bailey
Wow. Looks like a shop from the outside but an old pub from within. Great choice of well kept beers.
Paul Stanley
Unfortunately no food until March which was a bit long to wait. Otherwise truly excellent beer choice and perfectly served
Michael Sharples
Great pub for trying some local beers/ciders/ales. They have a frequently changing selection so there's always something new on the menu.
The prices are very reasonable too and often better than pubs locally! Some drinks are expensive but the prices are listed on the board (which I love!). You can also try before you buy which can be advisable on some of the more.....experimental brews!
The staff are friendly and quite knowledgeable about the beers that are on offer. They also have a good selection of whiskies behind the bar but no idea how expensive they are.
They only have limited seating of about 9 or 10 tables so can busy at times so arrive early if you want to grab a table. If you drink too much there's always a mcdonalds and KFC at the bottom of the hill ha ha ha!

It's one of the best craft beer pubs in town. It has a great selection and a super nice and friendly atmosphere. The tap takeover events can be really good fun as well. A really good refuge for a swift ale away from all the business in the centre of the city.

Very nice bar. An awesome selection of beers and ciders. The bar staff were very knowledgable about what was on sale and they were all very friendly. The outdoor space could be bigger but they do well with what they have out the front. The pub is dog friendly and have water bowls for dogs. The place was clean.

Amazing craft beers and lovely locals. Dog friendly and great atmosphere.

Lovely cosy pub to hang out at, very friendly staff at the counter, and very dog friendly too. They have a beautiful choice of brews and you’re bound to never run out of good options to drink. Good choice of food on the menu as well and they have nuts and finger foods too. Would’ve been a ‘perfect’ 5 on 5 if they had wifi for the customers as well :)

Always have a good time in this pub.
Friendly staff, great beer and cool ambiance.
Cool tunes being delivered by dj this time too.
One of my go to Brighton pubs!!
Michael Hutton
Amazing beer selection and really good bar food too. One of the best burgers in Brighton so worth venturing down Western road for this hidden gem. Also worth a chat with the bar guys to see what they recommend, they'll give you a couple of good tips depending on what they have at the time (it's always changing).

Lucky to happen upon the tap takeover for my first visit - the Hippy Berliner sour was gorgeous. Great atmosphere (the presence of a dog is always a welcome sight!) and managed to snag the conservatory sofa as arrived early, but the place was packed by 5.30 on a Friday, as expected. Chips (non veggie version) were delicious but even as a Londoner the small portion for £4 seemed steep. Will definitely be back!
Rich Kegg
Ace food. Brilliant staff. Relaxed and welcoming. The best range of beers in town.
Mark Charrington
I didn't stay long but the Track Zoji I had was excellent, very good selection of cask and craft as well as some ciders on tap. One of the best I have found in Brighton.
Daniel O'Rourke
Hands down one of the best Sunday Roasts I’ve ever had. Dizzy Gull have nailed the food at this friendly pub. Looking forward to returning.
Kev Stokes
By far and away Brighton's best pub, if not the best in Sussex.
Clive Williams
Not only a range of well kept real ale but amazing food to snack on...including beer battered gherkins!!!
Jae Hopkins
Fab quiz (including a creative round) on a Wednesday night. Nice staff, friendly atmosphere, short food menu of tasty things, and interesting range of drinks. What's not to like?
Lee Bishop
A hidden gem in one of Brighton's back streets, great food, fantastic ales and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!
Nick Titchener
Excellent boozer, excellent food and the best staff in town. What's not to like? ;-)
John Hagel
A genuine, quality pub with lovely beer, great staff and even nice customers!
David Haylett
Good beer. Looks like a real pub!!
Would definitely go again.
Sam Beck
Luvly little pub, extreamly helpful happy friendly staff BUT if you don't drink beer the canned cola that they mix spirits with is just revolting,we moved on after one round x
Alistair Goodluck Hill
This is the best pub in Brighton. Incredible food and great ale selection!
Wayne Atkinson
Best pub in Brighton for food and most importantly a cracking pint with plenty of selection
Stuart Farmer
Beer was nice enough but I haven't been in such a disgusting toilet since I used a public toilet in Turkey 30 years ago. Sure it's important to have clean lines and we'll kept beer but all the details go towards the impression you make....
in summary:
Good beer
Shite toilets
