Always a wonderful pub, but even better now that I have an excuse to go and eat there all the time.
The Alberta's x The Windmill permanent residence is probably one of the best things to happen this year.
Wednesday Wings? Oyster Happy Hour? It helps that everything is absolutely delicious. I look forward to spending all of my money here.

Having popped into this pub a few weeks ago and seeing the food leaving the kitchen, I made the visit to try their highly-rated fully fry chicken.
I would recommend pre-booking, but I was not disappointed! And the roast potatoes are on another level.
Words will not do this justice, get down there and give it ago.

BEST SANDWICH I HAVE EVER HAD!!
The windmill used to be our old stomping ground, but it used to be a run down, average pub. We walked past it the other day, seeing it had been done up so we decided to give it a go and have a bite to eat.
The Sandos were absolutely amazing, to die for! As I was eating it, I was already trying to plan another trip to Brighton to eat this delicious sandwich again. It's packed full of flavour, with fresh mint and rocket, made with homemade buns and the fries are unbelievable, so crispy and delicious! Paired with the best alcohol free beer, it was an incredible experience.
We can't wait to come back!

We hired the function room for our post wedding party and it was fantastic! The room was just the right size and nicely decorated. The staff provided an amazing service. Food provided from Alberta's were sublime. I was born in Vietnam so Ali even made a couple of Vietnamese dishes. One of the dish is called Banh Mi which requires a special kind of bread that is not readily available, yet somehow Ali managed to get some to make the dish truly authentic. All tasted amazing and a good time were had by us all. Thanks you all.

My new favourite pub! Currently being refurbished inside & out. Now with great local beers and a new Toads table. The first Sunday lunch today by Alberta’s was next level!

Monday evening walk round, not every pub you walk into has an old piano turned into a vinyl deck!!
Great place to meet up.

Great place with great selection of beers at vfm prices. Staff are super friendly and if you get the chance ask to be shown how to play "Toads" and fun game throwing coins at a target, well addictive and really competitive.

Great pub. Stopped for one drink and had an Aperol spritz which was divine! One of the best I've had out. Lovely small outside area road facing at the front. My friend had french fries which were very good. Didn't go inside. I believe they may have a restaurant company working from the kitchen. But didn't see a menu. Will be back for sure.

I recently visited The Windmill pub in Brighton, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The pub has a lot of character and a great selection of beers on tap, but what sets it apart from other pubs in Brighton is the food. The chicken sandwich and Reuben were particularly outstanding, and I've heard great things about their whole fried chicken. It's the perfect spot to grab a few pints and a delicious sandwich to go and enjoy on the beach during the summer. Overall, if you're visiting Brighton, The Windmill pub is definitely worth checking out for its fantastic food and laid-back atmosphere.

Under new management. Guaranteed to find a great pint of beer and a friendly crowd. Dogs are very welcome. Looking forward to spending more time there. We had several delicious pints of Hand Brew Co. Bird - served smooth and creamy through a sparkler. A very rare treat in the south.
