we visited for mothers day lunch/ birthday on sunday. we were a large party of 18( 7 kids). we were given our own room, which made it much less stressful with small kids. The food was amazing. Hands down the best roast i've had in a restaurant.
nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who automatically bought in a fire gaurd, highchair and colouring for the kids.
Too finish off the meal perfectly, the 6 mothers at the table were each given a gift from the staff, which was lovely!

Amazing Pizza! A great pub with absolutely loads of choice on the menu, would definitely recommend. We didn't stay here so can't rate rooms, however it does look like it would be a nice place to stay given the food was great.
Visited a few times now, mostly off the cuff visits without booking. Always met with a smile, fitting us in to what is clearly a very busy restaurant. Every meal that comes out looks amazing which makes choosing what to eat the only chore we've experienced here. Sunday roasts and the steaks are excellent. We travel around Somerset and Wiltshire every weekend and The Old Bath Arms Frome is top tier for food.The staff are very accommodating and always smiling. The prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. A good choice of beer on tap to wet the whistle too.
First time today having lunch with a friend Enjoyed the meal Veg came separately. Roast potatoes were mmm
Chicken breast wrapped in bacon was just right. I had the gravy separate tho l did not use much Mind you it came in a large aluminium dish. Staff was pleasant
We visited last night for the 1st time...what a bloody find!!!!! Friendly efficient staff, and the food was bloody amazing!!! We had the rock steaks- outstanding- best I've had in a very long time!!! The Monkey Gland sauce is delicious- you must try it- highly reccomend!!! Desserts were also fantastic...we can't wait to come back and try everything else on the menu!!!!
If you're visiting Longleat or visiting the area definitely try this place. Friendly staff and a fantastic pub with multiple rooms and an all season terrace. The food was immense and I was not prepared for the size of it. Definitely recommend.
Great atmosphere, fab service & the best Sunday roast I can remember eating... Huge portions! And the best bit was it serves roast Sunday evenings- we don't like a big meal in the day, as it makes us too sleepy, so this was perfect as most places stop roasts by 5pm. Will be back!
We found this place when looking for some dinner. The food was excellent, the portions huge! We tried the typical pies, the flavours were great, although the gravy a bit runny. If you go make sure that you are hungry and need a walk after. The staff was lovely and friendly.

We had a wonderful Sunday roast. Belly of pork and beef. Excellent and good value for money. We would recommend it to anyone.
Didn't know what to expect. Very unassuming from the street. We had a dog with us, so that meant a long table in the sports bar with the football 👍. A quirky rabbit warren. Menu is huge. Service a bit slow, but once it arrived - Wow! Best lunch I've had for a very long time. Excellent stuff. Complete hidden gem.
