The food at Maureen's is always fantastic. It's definitely the best Caribbean food in Yorkshire. I travel from Chesterfield to Leeds because the food is so good. The staff are very friendly also.

The best Caribbean food in Leeds. Would not go anywhere else. Very friendly staff and great value for money. Food is very tasty and Maureen has a good menu of authentic Caribbean food. Never disappoints. Thanks Maureen. See you soon.x

Traditional West Indian dishes when available due to the success sometimes not all of the menu due to being sold out. Serving staff could be a bit more cheerful like the the chefs on the kitchen.

Food was lovely and the atmosphere was fine ~ came all the way from Sheffield to try Maureen's Caribbean Cafe. Getting the food was quick. Unfortunately it was the service that was a let down, couldn't hardly hear the young girl behind the counter, telling me what was available even though I told her I could not hear she still insisted talking very quiet (must be a young generation thing) Maureen herself was very highly spoken and forthcoming and possible realised on the situation. Will visit again as I said food was lovely and the meal was under £10.00

The jerk chicken was soft and flavoursome. This was the second time I’ve been and will be visiting again for sure. Maureen was very welcoming and presented us with tasty options.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Maureen . We arranged quite a last min gathering for my mother in law for her birthday .The food was spectacular!! Everyone loved it ! I cannot recommend this lady enough !! Her curried goat 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Maureen and her family are brilliant chefs and provide excellent service but some of their employees are well under par and need training because their customer service has gone downhill since they started employing others. Nevertheless, top quality food and atmosphere! Don't miss maureens
