Domino's Pizza - Leeds - Roundhay

Absolute joke. Driver ignored instructions and drove onto the wrong street, called up for directions, which I gave to him. Driver then began yelling at me, because he didn't see the steps he needed to walk up. Driver hung up and drove off. Had to call the store to tell them, costing me a fair bit. Guy on the other end says the driver hasn't driven off, and if I don't want it he will refund me. I tell him yes, and complain that its not good enough when I've just been yelled at and had to pay to complain. He says I've sworn at him, and I tell him I haven't, and the call is recorded so he can see that. He hangs up on me. I go outside to see if the driver is really still there, as claimed. No, he isn't, but he drives back. He gets in a call with the man I spoke to on the phone, and the two refuse to acknowledge driver instructions, for the second time. Hands over food smeared in what honesty looks like bloody snot. Still waiting on that refund, hopefully they'll be brave enough to link to the recorded call, just to really cement how pathetic they both were.

I live a mile closer to the Headingley branch but when I order online, it takes me here. It doesn’t make sense. I literally live on the same road as the Headingley branch so when I order, i would like to order from the local Headingley branch. I cant, so I’m not going to order from here. I’ve had so many arguments online with dominos but I just give up!!

Went for collection thinking it will be quicker than delivery, as kids were hungry back home. As per the order screen was 3 rd in row. Followed COVID rules ordered pizza and waited outside. 2 people came out with pizzas. I went in and was told that I MISSED MY PIZZA. ASKED THEM WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY MISSED MY PIZZA. Well I wasn't standing inside so my order was given to someone else who came after me. Waited more 5-10mins for my pizza. Suggestion for collection/take away people: please stand inside for your order if you need as per queue.

Disgusting "customer service" from the arrogant Manager Krishan. Hes definitely in the wrong job and out of his depth at this place, what an absolute melt (no pun intended). False advertised products, no cheese on a pizza? And then telling customers "that's how head office wants us to make it?" Laughable. Bad experience from Start to finish. The blind leading the blind here. Avoid at all costs. Save your hard earned and buy a Chicago Town pizza instead, it would Definitely be better than the "food" they serve here. What a See you next Tuesday you are Krishan. We'll done lad!
