It was busy evening after work I quickly grabbed my cupa and medium fries. The guys were so quick and very patient and polite
They do not accept orders made by the app. For those you need to go to McDonald's between platform 13 and 15 on the first floor. Having the app working there would be so helpful, as on the way to the train I could potentially make an order and pick up, I stead of waiting to make.an order and pick up my food.
Very nice place, super clean and well organised. The staff is working hard to keep the fast food to high standard... well done guys. A+++
There is a beautiful, hardworking man here called Chris working in the McDonald’s on the top floor in victoria station. I was here from 11am-12pm. He is very kind, very fast to help 24/7, always cracking jokes and keeping us entertained. Please give this man a raise, or make him employee of the month.
With the job lve been doing lve been doing some long journeys then connecting back on the train at Victoria to Sheerness and all lve had ithere is nothing but positive energy and amazing customer service. Last night my job got me to the station around 11pm and dinner had to be mcds unfortunately the selects l received were not their usual standard and l called up straight away and was met by Attila on the phone who gave me his sincerest apologies and directed me on what to do to make up for it for next time lm there. Today l went to the shop spoke to Andrew let him know what Attila had said and he helped me straight away. It's not everyday you get service like this and l recommend them to everyone as not only does mcds have its way to fulfill you conveniently but the whole team in Victoria will brighten your day too.
They are super quick for orders. The food is well cooked and expect as standard of McDonald’s.
There is an one long hair guy in the billing counter. He give me extra fries because he didn’t find spicy sauce for me. The chicken burger was good.
i had a lovely server called chris, a man that seemed to me to be south asian. Dreary me! what a polite young chappy this guy was he was always attending to my every needs, and made me feel like a cheeky young girl again. I really hope that i see this wonderful young man again on the top floor m
cdonalds in victoria station, he was a delight to talk to. Every night i think about our interaction and then rush to maccies bright and early to see his beautiful face!!
The management should make sure that there is all is till roll in the kiosk. As it's always put and often difficult to remember your order number while in rush
I please check your order - I think it's standard practice that McDonald's gets your order wrong.
The order is unusually slow but plenty of seats at 17:30.
