They do not accept orders made by the app. For those you need to go to McDonald's between platform 13 and 15 on the first floor. Having the app working there would be so helpful, as on the way to the train I could potentially make an order and pick up, I stead of waiting to make.an order and pick up my food.

i had a lovely server called chris, a man that seemed to me to be south asian. Dreary me! what a polite young chappy this guy was he was always attending to my every needs, and made me feel like a cheeky young girl again. I really hope that i see this wonderful young man again on the top floor m

There is a beautiful, hardworking man here called Chris working in the McDonald’s on the top floor in victoria station. I was here from 11am-12pm. He is very kind, very fast to help 24/7, always cracking jokes and keeping us entertained. Please give this man a raise, or make him employee of the month.

They are super quick for orders. The food is well cooked and expect as standard of McDonald’s.
There is an one long hair guy in the billing counter. He give me extra fries because he didn’t find spicy sauce for me. The chicken burger was good.

The order is unusually slow but plenty of seats at 17:30.
