Lovely place to start a day. Busy but they know how to manage the queue. Nice staff, cool sandwiches n taste is always great.

Chain coffee shop but of the better variety. No burnt Costa-style coffee thank goodness. Staff were good.

Rather good Caffe Nero located on Oxford Road close to the Palace Theatre.excellent coffee served by very friendly and helpful staff.pkenty of other places nearby for entertainment and food.plenty of public transport as well.a bit of a walk to the main shopping area(10-15 minutes walk.)

A nice Cafe Nero to relax, work and enjoy your coffee. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom door, it slams loudly whenever someone leaves the bathroom which can be annoying when you hear it repeatedly. (Only affects those sitting upstairs) otherwise, a cool place.

Nice quiet morning coffee, pleasant staff n atmosphere, only criticism was the disabled toilet, the handle area was very grubby and in need of a clean or paint, otherwise a very good Nero.

Staff were lovely and super efficient getting the orders taken and completed quickly with a big queue of customers waiting. Seating area was clean.

The place is really nice and cosy. But last Sunday one of the staff was acting like a lunatic. He stood on front of my table and stared in my for a whole minute without saying single word :( and then he stormed to the staff room and slammed the door.. I was really surprised because I didn't even talk to him earlier and he kept glaring at me from time to time after that... aside from being rude I think he have a mental problem. The staff in the other Oxford road branch are friendly and always smiling so I think your experience depends on your luck.
