This is our 2nd visit here, we're not locals. The menu is very vast & great value, I must say the steak & Ruddles ale pie is very tasty. We even had the ultimate big candymania to share afterwards. The staff were very friendly & there are lots of tables so you do not need to book most of the time.
This pub is very clean and the food is excellent for a budget offering. Really good example of a Greene King pub. Good choice of beer and lager and very consistent. Staff are polite and proficient and the place is clearly run with a good level of professionalism.
Great pub . It does get busy at times but also has friendly staff and a good atmosphere. It's a Hungry Horse pub so you know what it's good quality food wise. The Newton has a wide range of beer ales and lagers, and their wine selection is also very good and reasonable priced.
The only time food has been very very late, the manager was very professional- got our food to us for free and gave us free desserts as apology. Very clean, though sometimes the ordering app can be a bit clunky. Food is reliably good, and theres lots of options. A good pub.
Had lunch here today .service was OK. saying this found out young girl that was serving was only staff working . so she had to take orders place orders clean tables . this is while a member of staff just stood there not a smile on her face. I would give 5Stars for that young girl doing this all alone. WELL DONE THAT YOUNG GIRL . Hope next time I visit more staff on quicker I get my food.

The Newton Park pub is somewhere I’ve often passed. But today we decided to try Sunday lunch and we weren’t dissapointed. The staff were pleasant and friendly and we got served our food promptly. The food was well presented and nice and hot. When ordering we were offered a larger choice of meal but what we had on our plates was ample. I’ll certainly be back here for lunch. I highly recommend the Newton Park.
Good pub food, some great deals available and kids loved their choice of food. Been here again today and yet again another lovely experience. Staff are always super helpful and friendly, we need advice about a nut allergy. They were more then willing to help us find out, they checked and brought out the allergy list. I had a flipping burger which was delicious and it came with topped fries, which just topped it off. Good big size car park with disabled parking available. Again kids loved there food and desserts
Nice food although I asked for no egg and was quite dissatisfied to find egg on my mixed grill. You should have offered me an extra pineapple ring, was told it'd be taken off but it wasn't. You need to offer a swap policy for bits of meals people don't like
A good atmosphere and excellent staff food was lovely and well priced.
