Came in for breakfast while my car was serviced - just the right distance from the Hardwick. The atmosphere was lush and the breakfast was great.

Enjoyed two excellent breakfasts (food sourced locally) at this super friendly independent café. Definitely the best place to eat if you're staying at the Travelodge (7 mins walk away). Freshly made baguettes to take away were great too 😊

Love the cafè which we use whilst visiting family and staying at the nearby Travelodge. The food is lovely, the service quick and friendly and the prices are good. What more can you ask for?

What a wonderful little cafe. I felt as if I had been transported back in time with the friendly personal service, the community feel, and pretty, cozy decor. And of course the toastie and cakes were gorgeous. Highly recommended. Go there for lovely food, a friendly face in a cozy atmosphere!

Lovely cafe. Lovely owner. Lovely breakfast. If you are staying at the Travelodge this is a great option for breakfast and only a short walk. Great coffee too.

Dropped in for breakfast, scrambled egg on toast, friendly welcome from Mandy, nice little ever so slightly retro café, obviously loved by locals and visitors alike.
