Domino's Pizza

Super helpful staff, accidentally ordered to the norwich east store by mistake, came to collect from North and they of course had no record of my order but were so helpful and sorted out the situation for me. Their pizzas are addictive, especially the pizza dough AND COOKIES!!! I don't know what they do but it's just delicious. I feel like their staff deserve a fat raise because they have to stay up all night so we the customer can have the juicy deliciousness of their pizza. Just wanted to say if any staff are reading this YOU ARE LOVED AND APPRECIATED MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW.

Spoke on the phone the other night to the manager Damien after I accidentally ordered for collection instead of delivery, and was met with fantastic service amending and remaking the order, and got it sent out for delivery in no time at all. Really appreciated the way the situation was handled as a fellow hospitality worker and would recommend the hell out of this kind of customer service. Thanks again guys!

I have ordered from this specific Domino’s for over 2 years since moving out, and it has saved me countless times if I don’t have time to cook or fancy a takeout! Never had a single issue with this Domino’s branch, not even once! Food always arrives hot and never “lukewarm” or cold, and drinks are nice and chilled too! The food also tastes great and is excellent quality! I always order from the App and once again never had a problem with my order being late or never turning up so I never had to complain about that. My order usually gets to me within 30 - 45 minutes sometimes even before that! Drivers seem to know social distance delivery quite well from my experience and greet you every time, once again no issues there! I will continue to use this branch for the foreseeable future, and I will always recommend a local Domino’s to my friends if they want a good place to order takeouts from! ❤️

Really good pizza with constant deals throughout the week. Only issue is the price as you could go to the local Pizza Express and get a three course meal with a glass of champagne for the price of a single large pizza here. Really good for those nights you just wanna stay at home and spoil yourself with good pizza though.
