Really nice food we thought it was better than any Chinese we have had before

Ordered our usual mix of chow mein, sweet and sour Hong Kong style, special fried rice and mixed veg/mushroom, came to just under £20. Quick service, very busy.
Everything was well cooked, great tasting and portion sizing was okay apart from the Hong Kong style s&s which was expensive for a tiny portion. Also zero parking, so not great for anyone disabled, had to get the daughter to run in whilst I waited a few roads away in the car.

New in town so had to choose from others views, so I took a chance on The Mandarin. Well... I'm so pleased that I did! I called at 10.45pm and asked if it was too late to order for delivery, not a problem I was told. So my order was taken quickly by a very polite member of staff. 15 mins later the food arrived! I was so surprised how quickly the service was. Lovely polite delivery driver. The sweet n sour chicken and egg fried rice was piping hot, prawn crackers so fresh and crispy and more importantly absolutely delicious! As for portions, it was enough to feed 2 people!! Will definitely order from here again, well done guys!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Consistently great Chinese food. 1/4 duck comes on the bone so that it stays moist, salt and chilli chicken can be dry, but still tasty. Salt and chilli prawns are excellent. Other dishes are plentiful and tasty.
