Came in for dinner during the week and had a lovely time. The servers were super friendly and the food was nice.

Booked here for Mother's Day and Yes the restaurant was very busy but staff super friendly and as soon as we were sat down, it felt like we were in our own little bubble. The busy restaurant didn't change a thing. Order was taken in a timely manner, we wasn't waiting long at all for drinks and food to arrive. We were a group of 6. The food was delicious 😋 and I feel reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.

It was a great experience visiting Zizzi as the taste was amazing and what made the experience even better was Moiz, the guy who served us. He knew perfectly about the dishes we asked about and had them made according to our taste and he was really fast with the service as well. Would love to visit again and Prawn piccante is a must try, Ive never eaten something like that before.

Fantastic meal and great staff in a funky cool restaurant opposite the floodlit ancient city walls. Really friendly place and good menu. Notable commendation to the manager and to our waiter Moiz who was very attentive to all the diners. We are family of four and everyone ate all their dinner. Perfect - another brilliant Zizzis.

We’ve been in there twice now, and we’ve enjoyed it on both occasions. Really friendly staff, and rather quick on their service (even when they suggested they would take a while, they were still quick). Their food is delicious, and I recommend going there, especially if you love Italian food

We have other more local Zizzi restaurants to us, but we make the conscious effort to go to the West Quay site. We were served by the manager, Joe in another venue and have since followed him.
Impeccable standards, timings and service is ALWAYS given with charm and a smile.

Friendly service, good food. Don't come here if you want a cheap meal, as the menu is fairly expensive. But you get what you pay for with the food and atmosphere. Would recommend!

Came on a work outing. Party of 11, felt comfortable in our seating. Food quality was amazing and such good value for money. Service was excellent and the lovely Lettie made us all feel welcome. Ambience of the restaurant was relaxing and we would certainly recommend.

We booked group of13 people for dinner at Zizi's Southampton. The staff were excellent and we had a really great time. All of our food came out at the same time and the attention to detail was superb. The food was great with a very varied and interesting menu. The staff were very attentive and worked well as a team. I would recommend this venue if you are considering a larger group for a meal together.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at your restaurant last night. We were looked after by Casey who was so attentive, friendly and gave great recommendations.
The restaurant was really pretty and we both loved the Spitfire mural which was a lovely nod to local history.
The food was delicious, I had the 3 course meal deal and each item was delicious (garlic bread with cheese, pizza meat Sofia, salted caramel brownie. My friend ordered the cheesy garlic bread, salmon salad and black Forrest chocolate fondant and she too really enjoyed her food.
Zizzi Southampton is definitely worth a visit, if we get to visit Southampton again in the future we will definitely return to this branch of Zizzi.
