I recently went to Turtle Bay, a Carribean restaurant in England. It was really busy when we got there and had to wait a bit but it was well worth the wait. Their starters and mains (the one pots) were very tasty and exactly what I was craving on a cold evening in England. The ambience was awesome too.
Been to the place twice in a little over a month and I want to keep going back!! Yes sir, this is the place to be! Being an Indian my tongue always craves for that twist in the usual western cooking methodology and this restaurant does exactly that ! Far from the routine taste of English and Indian food in this city this Caribbean restaurant is just the difference one needs when really hungry.
I don't want to go into the details of the dishes because I still have loads to try but whatever I have eaten here has been nothing less than a surprise for me. From the starters to the pots , the cocktails to the sweet corner, each is a creation in itself. And the crazy combination of flavours that they do is absolutely mind blowing !
In short, this restaurant is a blessing in this little city, and I hope they keep up the good work they already do, and keep our tastebuds entertained 😉

One of the most delicious restaurants in Southampton. The Caribbean food is awesome, especially Caribbean Fish Curry and Curry, Shrimp & Mango. Try cocktails during the happy hour - they are 2-4-1 :)
This was a fantastic restaurant to visit, where the staff understood us being late for a booking to still get check in done! The opening hours run late and the design has a bright Caribbean vibe, counter is well-presented too. Me and my friend went 2 for 1 on cocktails, having good and clean seating!
Had a lovely bottomless brunch at Turtle Bay celebrating my birthday. Our server was Bean and she was amazing. Bean was very quick and attentive which made the experience amazing. The drinks were amazing, the only one I wouldn’t recommend is the strawberry Daiquiri.
We have tried the vegan options. Wish there were more dishes to choose from. The mocktails were fantastic. The starters came quite quickly but after that we waited more than 30 minutes for our mains.
Amazing place! The atmosphere is super comfy and I loved the overall vibe. The food was very good, well spiced and high quality!! Good fries!! The cake had a rather odd texture but regarding service, emilie was AMAZING!! (she deserves a raise!) Very chatty and kind. Very good experience, i recommend.
My first experience of a bottomless brunch did not disappoint. The waitress Sasha was brilliant. The drinks kept flowing, the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend it.
Amazing time at this place! My friend and I visited while we were in the area on a day trip. Food was amazing, cocktails were amazing, service was mega quick. Special thank you to our server Georgina who was extra lovely and answered any questions we had!
Jonathan was really lovely and very knowledgeable, we were asked to leave our table as it was booked for 7pm but it ended up being free for longer so he allowed us to come back in and stay for another hour. Really lovely of him! Great service

Emilie was great, gave us recommendations for all of our different requests, was really friendly and gave us plenty of warning when 2 for 1 cocktails were coming to an end!
Would like to mention the outstanding service from our waitress Nervaeh. We had the bottomless brunch and she was brilliant. She was very friendly and extremely hard working, it was really busy and she worked flat out to ensure everyone always had a drink. The atmosphere in Turtle Bay was brilliant during a Saturday afternoon. Some great tasting new cocktails. Will definitely be returning.
