The food was really good at this restaurant. Fairly priced, big portions, came out quickly. What let them down was the slow service. For the amount of tables they have I'd have expected another server on the floor for a saturday evening. Especially considering the service charge they apply. Regardless I'd go back because the wings were amazing. I'd just pick a quieter time to visit and hope the floor staff weren't as overworked.

I have been going to Diegos for 8 years. Their peri peri chicken is delicious. Over the years, particularly the last three years, their prices have shot up, and portion size have reduced. The whole chicken and chips cost £24. It used to cost £12 2020 and gradually went up to £17 by December 2022. In May 2023, I this dish now costs £24 for a small chicken. Again, the portion size has reduced.
The food is delicious. I do recommend it as it really is fantastic. It's just a pity that it's becoming overpriced.
I'm a regular here and can say that it is a fantastic environment. In love with the Wings Tuesdays/Wednesdays (who doesn't). I will continue to bring my friends here for years to come.

We were looking for somewhere to eat before a theatre visit and as my husband had been eyeing these up on Facebook for a while we thought we’d give them a go. The welcome was friendly and the restaurant was cosy. There was lots to choose from on the menu but we opted for a sharing plate of ribs and chicken wings with a couple of sides. The food didn’t disappoint, it was extremely tasty and the meat was so tender! Our server was brilliant and looked after us well.
