Large, friendly pub, with ample space for most functions, nice carvery lunch on a Sunday, and close to the sports centre.

A lovely place to visit in summer when you can sit outside and admire the view across the sports centre. The food is good. I've been here for two organised lunch events and enjoyed both. We've also enjoyed coming for lunch or just a cup of coffee..

Just been to the Brosdway show and had the best time in years. Decor could do with updating but great day by us all, a family of 8

It gets a bit cold sometimes, but otherwise, it's a lovely place to go. Nice genuine staff who care. I had a lovely surprise, too.
I was going to give 4* because of the cold, but its a simple fix, so I'll still rate it 5* and they attended to it relatively quickly.
We will be back for more karaoke soon!
The snack bits aren't snacks for one lol. Dirty chips are lush with bacon. The nachos were lovely (guacamole sauce was weird) goo amount of cheese and chilli peppers. Yum!

We would like to thank all the staff especially James for all their hard work and going the extra mile for us on Monday , we held a wake there and can,t praise them all enough ,from the food to the customer service and the background music it was everything we had asked for and the guests were very complimentary and all enjoyed the freshly cooked buffet x
