My wife and I stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary night. We had the Avalon suite with a hot tub on our own private balcony. On arrival we were instantly greeted by the warm and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Our room wasn't quite ready so they gave us complimentary drinks which was a lovely touch.
The food was simply delicious and reasonably priced with lots of choice on the menu.
The room was spacious, clean and inviting and the hot tub was prepared for us. Although it was spitting and overcast this didn't stop us from lazing in the Jacuzzi.
We will definitely be returning next year and we would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful night away.
We had our wedding here 30th September 2017. We had the gold package which included photo booth and fireworks �decorating of the ceremony room and reception room . The mangers couldn’t do enough so helpful. They went over every little detail , down to speeches cutting of the cake to the first dance �. After a slight hiccup with decorations which was sorted out by the mangers super quick our day went off with out a hitch , everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing everyone said how nice it was , buffet well worth it. The staff were excellent attentive during the wedding nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was the same nothing to much trouble . They are a credit to the Crossways.
We would recommend The Crossways for any event especially a wedding , they made our day the most perfect day, it was more than I dreamed of.
