My overall experience was okay. The staff were very friendly and the service was nice and quick. The restaurant itself is quite lovely, clean and just a great atmosphere.
I ordered the Chicken Katsu for my main and the Banana Catsu for my dessert and both were very lovely. The Chicken Katsu was a good portion, I couldn’t actually finish it but I did think it was worth its money which is always good. For dessert the Banana Catsu was ravishing. It’s a Banana coated in breadcrumbs served hot with a scoop of ice cream. I do recommend it if you ever visit as I would get it again and again
I would perhaps visit again trying a different main course and the same dessert
But due to me not being such a fan of the mains on the menu I have decided to give it a 3.5

As I walked in the restaurant staff were quick to notice me and let me know they will be with me. Two members of staff said they would seat me. A female member of staff called Tina promptly seated me and asked me about allergies on two occasions before eating food. She was polite and ensured I ordered exactly what I wanted. Food was hot and tasted amazing. Paying for the food online was easy to do and Tina was helpful with this also. All staff seem happy and always look proactive. Service was very quick also. Highly recommend.

First time visiting wagamama, very pleased with the food and service we had the King oyster mushrooms, miso salmon, and ginger cheesecake and cherry blossom drink. Was all very delicious and will be visiting again.

Visited with a friend a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The manager was so knowledgeable and accommodating of multiple tricky dietary restrictions. Our server Jasmine was amazing too, so kind, attentive and made our evening! We would both visit again.

Always go in for my takeaway order and Ellie has been my server multiple times. i usually wait outside so i can have a smoke while waiting and bring me my order out always fantastic service and knows my order when she sees me. Always going back.

So many options to chose from on the menu. There are a range of non alcoholic drinks which is nice as it differs from the usuals. The food was amazing and there are so many vegetarian vegan options available. The staff were really friendly.

Me and my Partner come here all the time its one of our favourite places to eat, and yet again you always impress we decided to come with some friends and we were treated by amazing service thanks to Marta and the team, the food was incredible and we love the new menu

Food was all very delicious, well presented and arrived quickly, although the aubergine in my yasai katsu was just a tad undercooked. They’d also run out of the new vegan cheesecake that I was excited to try which was a shame! But still had numerous other dessert choices for vegans which is a rare thing in most restaurants! The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and attentive and being able to pay by phone made it very easy. We did have to queue for 20 mins to get in but once inside there were dozens of empty tables - so it’s unfortunate that it’s evidently an issue of lacking staff to meet the demand rather than lacking the tables! Wouldn’t stop us from returning in the future though

Still my favourite type of food. Food filled with deliciousness and eye stimulating colours. If you enjoy fresh and oriental type food, Wagamama is a must try. Staff are well trained and understand customer service. The menu is interesting and has a number of alternatives for vegans 🥑 which looked just as enticing to a non-vegan. The prices are not insane but also not fast-food prices. The sharp flavours and crispy vegetables 🥗 will make you feel that the food is value for money. Go forth and enjoy!
