Food was delicious and service was fantastic.
Edit: I've revisited this place multiple times now and it's been fantastic. Quick service, nice staff and wonderful food. Even during peak busy periods there has been no decline in quality.
If you want to go out for a curry, I'd have to recommend here.

Massive thank you to Khaled and his staff, what an amazing night. We booked 22 people in for my daughter's 18th and everyone raved about how good it was. My girlfriend and I have been going to the Jinnah on Micklegate York for some time now, which has now become our favourite restaurant. I've sampled many curries over the years and the food at Jinnah has always been second to none. The staff are always very friendly and professional. We have visited Jinnah many times over the past few years and have always really enjoyed the food and the setting . We recently chose it for a family celebration. We had to seat 22 people including three children for an 18th birthday and we had the most attentive service and the food was absolutely gorgeous as always. Khaled and his staff prepared the table just as we had asked and then literally could not do enough to ensure our every need was catered for. If you are looking for the best curry in a great setting with great service this place is for you.

It was a Monday night so restaurant was not busy. Staff were very obliging in describing the different types of food. What we chose was delicious. Pickle tray included 7 pickles I've only ever seen 4. I liked the authentic decor not the plastic type chairs that seem to be the norm now. Alsothd room was spacious with plenty of individual tables. This restaurant is well worth seeking out. I will certainlh return

Food was fine. They were out of what I ordered but what arrived was good. The naan is top notch. The Tikka masala is sweet, and not spicy at all...I wish they had asked for a spice level. Nice details, very attentive. Would visit again.

Staff was very nice. Food was absolutely amazing. Very spicy, but with deep flavors. I've been in the UK for a week now, trying all sorts of food and this was by far, the best!
