Today I purchased a jacket potato from the Nought E Food Company. As it was passed to me across the counter, not properly closed in its tub (I had asked if it could please be in one of their paper bags, but the server clearly forgot), I dropped it. The jacket potato went face down on the floor, and all three staff just stopped and looked at me for a moment, then carried on serving the other customers. One of the workers eventually came over to see, scraped it up from the floor and put some more cheese on top for me. Whilst I was grateful for effort with the extra cheese, I was horrified that they expected me to eat it after it had been on the floor, and didn't offer me a fresh potato. I will never buy food from here again.
