Excellent food, staff are very friendly. I can recommend the spiced apple pie with custard.

It was pouring with rain, but lunch here really brightened the day. The menu is extensive and full of delicious items that catered well for our party including a caeliac, a GF and a lactose intolerance. Great service too. Highly recommended.

Very nice lunch in outdoor undercover heated facility. Efficient service nicely presented. Fairly priced at c.£10ph for the quality inc a hot drink. Booking could be useful, we were lucky! Dogs welcomed too! On our third visit very long wait from ordering to being served, kindly adjusting our bill accordingly waiving the drinks charge - but cost a *! Lovely crab sandwich, double fried egg sandwich and a sausage & bacon sandwich £35 - good value for excellent quality.
We have been to The Owl Tea Rooms in the past for lunch but today we decided on a late breakfast - the English breakfast was very, very good - good quality ingredients (sausage, eggs, bacon, etc.) plus the best black pudding. Service was attentive and friendly.
We highly recommend you try this place.
One of the best sausage rolls I have ever had (the giant one). And I initially was only stopping for a coffee! Lovely seating area at the back in a secluded garden that was quite a surprise. A lovely experience eating here both for breakfast and lunch. The food is first class (best scrambled eggs I've ever eaten) and the staff are friendly and yet professional. Dogs are welcome in the outside secret garden, which is a bonus. The Bakery is amazing and Luke is a master baker - would highly recommend his wholemeal loaf
Stopped into the Owl for lunch while visiting the area and wasn't disappointed. We booked a table in the garden seating which was a nice little spot.
The staff were friendly and attentive, so can't fault the service.
There's a great selection of tasty food, including the cheese scone with cream cheese and chutney, which was an interesting twist.
Now normally I would mark down a tea room for not having plain scones, but seems this is a regional thing and everything was so good I'll let it slide.

We had to wait a while to be served but that gave us more time to admire the goodies. Bought take away quiche and pasty and both were delicious.
Lovely little tea shop in Holt. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was really good with a decent sized helping for the price. We will definitely be back!
Lovely brunch with gluten free option also provided for. Wonderful service in the beautiful garden tea room where the dog was also welcomed. The take away cake was a bonus from the bakery at the front.
