As a cat lover, I've been to a number of cat cafes over the years. This was one of the first ones I visited and to this day is still the absolute best in terms of experience and value for money.
You pay £15 for an hour of cafe time, and that price includes all of your drinks. They do serve food as well at an additional cost; which is a decent sized selection of toasted snacks and cakes.
The best part of the cafe; of course is the cats. They're all super friendly and an absolute joy to be around. A recent addition is the arrival of two snow Bengal kittens which absolutely made my day. I lost track of the time playing with them!
The staff are all amazing too. They're all very knowledgeable about the cats and very friendly; everyone I spoke to was up for a chat. They also make an absolute amazing cup of coffee which in my opinion tastes much better than high street brands... and considering you can order as many as you like in your cafe time as it's included in the price it's a bargain honestly.
I suffer from anxiety and depression and when I'm having a particularly bad time I always come here. The atmosphere is incredibly soothing and nothing calms me down more than being surrounded by cats. This genuinely is one of my favourite places to be in Liverpool. Thanks so much. :)

I am so glad that I heard about this place.
I booked online (£15 and worth the money) and was greeted warmly by a member of staff at 10:00, which is when the Cafe opens. I was the first person there, which made me shy.
The members of staff were very patient and did not rush me. As everything was new to me, I wanted to take the time to observe my surroundings. Some of the cats came over to greet me and some of them sat on my lap.
When I ordered, I also explored the place which was very clean and there were lots of places for the cats to sit. There are three floors and the cats are able to roam. One is not allowed to pick up the cats (which is obviously a prudent rule). There were many cats to see and also some of them like to hop on the tables to sniff your food. One is obviously also not allowed to feed the cats. I was more concerned about seeing the cats and I did not really mind what I ate.
The background music is nice and suitable.
More peope attended and it was nice to see them interact with the cats. People were seated on the ground floor and then others sat on the level above so the place was not too crowded. I personally would rather attended when there are not too many people in the cafe.
I recommend this place 100%.

Lovely place, very relaxing vibe. Really loved the idea of unlimited drinks, there was also nice food and cakes on offer, nice spot to go to with friends or family. I expected more cats to be around but in saying that, there were several floors. Most cats were sleeping but were unbothered by gentle pats. Very nice afternoon spent here.

Place was great, staff clearly very much care about the cats and wellbeing of them which is important to any cat lover of course! Emma particularly helpful and friendly and accommodated our needs. Birthday cake went down a treat. Latte very good. Cats were amazing. Thoroughly recommend.

Don't expect cats to be all over you. If you think this you'll be disappointed. Super chilled environment, all you can drink. Great array of food. Cats are super soft. Cute little shop. Staff are lovely.

The cats were all so cute! The only issue was they were all asleep and only one was roaming around.
Drinks are unlimited too which I was quite happy to hear about :)
I ordered a cream cheese bagel which was quite nice too
I felt bad for some of the cats though, it advises children under 10 aren't allowed and there were some kids in there who were definitely under 10 (about 6 years old?)
Someone had yanked the cats tail when sleeping too, poor cat, I really hope this isn't a common thing here.
Overall it was a good experience, we did pet a few gently whilst asleep and didn't seem to be bothered about it. Although I wish more were awake so we could interact more, I think it's a hit or miss depending on when you go to the cafe

I’ve visited a cat café previously, and it pales in comparison to the one in Liverpool! The cats a very well taken care of with clean , fluffy coats and very friendly temperaments! Most of the cats are huge breeds and they’re very calm , definitely great with kids. As well as this the cafe features three storeys with special rooms for the cats so they aren’t overwhelmed , and unlimited free drinks! This was an amazing experience and I would decently recommend to any cat lovers! (The cats definitely know they’re in charge , I had gotten up for a drink and one of them took my seat! Another was spread across our table, and when I went to get another chair and I left to pet a cat again my chair was stolen yet again! No complaints though!!)

My wife booked a birthday package here for me. It was incredible.
We had a cute corner with a birthday card and balloon. The free cake and unlimited drinks was amazing. And the cats were just incredible. So many beautiful cats! As part of the birthday package, I had a small jar of treats. One shake of this and I had all the cats next to me. I'm pretty sure the rest of the guests weren't too happy about that but I was in my element.
A great place with beautiful, friendly cats. Great service. Awesome staff. Would highly recommend to any cat lovers out there.

Such a great place to relax. Cats are well cared for and hot drinks and cakes on offer are good quality. Would recommend the chocolate orange cake. Only downside was they only had one cake type available and service can be a tad slow. Staff are great. Some annoying customers putting their phones in cats faces and disturbing them which the staff manage as best they could. Be warned that many of the cats are asleep and that this is ordinary for cats so shouldn’t be expecting different. Would visit again as compared with what you’d pay at Starbucks, it is good value all in all.

Had a great afternoon at Cat Cafe yesterday.
All the staff very friendly and helpful.
Also had my first experience of “biscuit time” when the biscuits get put out for the cats. There were cats diving from everywhere to feast on the biscuits very funny to watch.
Pots of tea were very nice but we kept getting interrupted by our fav cat Willow who was always on the hunt for food.
All in all a fantastic day and will definitely be back soon.
