Early breakfast treat so quiet and relaxed - unique decor and friendly staff, and yes, you can have a Guinness with breakfast to start the day. ☘️

Cute little 'off the grid' bar.
Couldn't buy a medium (size) wine, only small or large??
And had ran out of ice for our G&Ts!
Looked like it could be a great night upstairs when the band came on, but we only stayed for one drink and moved on

Visited Liverpool for the weekend and found this pub round the corner from where we were staying. It is now our favourite place in Liverpool, live music (the Irish singer on the Friday was the best), great atmosphere, great Guinness, great selection of whiskey (quiet man-double-no ice) definitely worth a visit!

Best pint of guinness you will get in Liverpool! An incredible pub with an abundance of character, always a warm welcome staff are brilliant and always on hand if you need anything. Food is incredible quality pub food (Irish stew and the cajun halloumi fries are my personal favourites) always entertainment on, great music and all major sports can be watched here. 10/10!!!

I came to Liverpool first time, this pub was close to my hotel and I was there every day! Great atmosphere, people were so kind, we watched football, drank some good beer. Place I should visit again, next time I come to England.

Easily the best pint of Guinness in Liverpool. We was told by 2 Irish fellas who were in Shenanigans that other pubs were better, we visited those and they couldn’t have been more wrong!
Shenanigans hands down is the best pint of Guinness I’ve had outside Dublin!
Mike Redmond
Real homely feel. Always welcomed.
The food is amazing, dare i say, better than most restaurants.
Great variety of beers, ales and spirits.
Definitely the best Guinness in Liverpool

I enjoyed both the rugby and football on split screens after the staff had some early technical difficulties! Jonny sexton take a bow! Not so convinced about the seat blocking the fire place however!

My local, one of the best spots you can go with live music and come on its Irish!!
Nic Barker
What type of Irish bar switches over to the football when Ireland are playing in the 6 nations when it was even advertised outside!
When asking for the rugby back on the barman was rude and dismissive.
A couple of Irish flags doesn't make you an Irish bar.
Walked to the next nearest Irish bar along with half of Limerick.
Christopher Hamilton
Great Wee pub first time in it but the bar staff was really friendly
Sheila Forman

Was in last year around st Patricks day for 4 days on the bounce. Every morning me and a crowd of friends where treated to the best toasties known to man. The pints of guinness were that nice, one man downed around 10 within an hour. The dukebox was in full swing with various disk jockeys playing the greatest irish tunes known to man. No one has any idea how we got home each night but rumour has it we all rode the big yellow banana dog back to our accommodation.
