I love a slice of the raspberry and almond cake and a summer berry cooler drink when i go to Costa The customer service is great and it has a very cosy, warm and snug atmosphere

What makes this location so good is the staff. Although it is run by a big corporation, the staff make you feel as though it were an independent cafe with care and love put into every coffee.

Just had a coffee when visited Costa. Quite busy was able to find seat, staff busy and some staff cleaning tables. No problems with service but needs to be a little brighter

Best one in liverpool, the staff are always pleasant and bubbly especially the older guy who I assume is the manager. Thanks for great service 👍

Great way to break up the day and love stopping off here for a quick coffee on my lunch break. Good range of coffees, cakes and sandwiches and more affordable than Starbucks. Always quick, efficient service and they wished me happy bday here when I used my free cake code which was great.
Store is a bit cramped for space but always take out anyway.
Accessibility isn't great as you would struggle to get through with a pram or wheelchair if there's a queue. Disabled toilet on site also with seating areas outside too.
Well located in L'pool city centre 5mins away from Lime St and nearby parking available in St John's.

It had friendly staff a snug like drinking area inside and at the frint of coffee house was adequate chairs and tables to drink or eat at

I have left a review before regarding this particular Costa. I don't mind leaving another review because the coffee is always on point! Made with love and the staff are a true delight to encounter ❤️ visit them and you'll have a nice experience whether you're staying in or taking away.

Lovely experience visiting the Costa great staff, very polite, wasn't too busy and sat outside in the sunshine 🌞
I've been to Costas before but get the weather and there's a great view of st John's beacon (radio city tower!)
I had the vegan BBQ chicken and it was really good actually!
Location wise it's right in the heart of Liverpool and literally less then a minutes walk to Liverpool central, about 5 min walk to lime St!

Cannot fault the guys working here this morning, they helped me with a promotional offer and explained in depth (including showing the drinks cups) the sizes and ingredients so I could choose my preferred drink.
The drink was perfect temperature, delicious and served super quickly. I ordered a caramel latte and can fully recommend them for a caffeine boost with a hint of sweetness. The foam on top is really luxurious too. :))
The positive attitude of both baristas made me feel as if I was no trouble at all and they had plenty of time to serve me, I felt welcomed and valued this morning and it put me in a great mood for work!

The best Costa in city centre. Staff all lovely and really hard working. Manager very cheerful and welcoming. They do a lovely flat white. It's a pleasure to have my coffee there daily.

Quite good one. Not the quickest but they have their charm. The staff. Very convenient location. No parking. Close to bus and train

Great coffee! The staff are very friendly. The ordering and collection system is a little janky and has room for improvement but overall a great place to sit, enjoy coffee and while away a good hour

Relatively quick service considering how big the queue was, staff were really lovely and the drinks were nice. We took ours out but there is quite a lot of space if you wanted to sit in and catch up with friends or family. Would definitely recommend coming here for a nice Costa Coffee (and a cake) - especially their new white hot chocolate that they've introduced, my sister loved it.

All I’ve had is the chicken and bacon toastie which pairs great with the hot chocolate. I’ve also had the Mac and cheese which was 50% off because it was expending that day. The fruit coolers are nothing more than slurpies.
It’s a nice go to spot in England.
