Long queue, which is to be expected, but a cold apple pie and only 2/3 cup of hot chocolate. Not a happy bunny!

I ordered a double big Mac as it shows on the box, but instead of It coming with beef patties they came with chicken strips it does not say chicken strips on the box nor did I ask for them very disappointed.

I ordered two happy meals and requested the book (as opposed to the toy).
After paying, collecting my food and getting halfway home, my children informed me they had toys instead of the books we ordered.
I returned to the McDonald's Drive Thru to inform them of the mistake and was told they ran out of books, which is fine, but I told them I was disappointed that nobody informed me of that at the time of ordering as then I would've known they were not available and not wasted my time making the return journey.
The manager returned with an extremely rude and stern manner and informed me that I will not be getting the free fries or any other compensation. She said she will give me a refund if I returned the happy meals, which I couldn't do as my children had already finished eating them during the long journey back so she refused any form of compensation.
I told her I wasn't happy with this as I had to make the return journey back to the restaurant at which point she told me "You didn't have to do that, we didn't tell you to do that."
Extremely upset with this response I told her that she needed to think of a better response before I'm happy and at that point she threatened to call the police as my car being parked in the drive thru was obstructing them doing business.
At the sound of this threat, my eldest daughter became extremely upset so I had to leave.
I have had my fair share of unreasonable customers at work so I honestly assumed the staff would be pleasantly surprised with how reasonable and pleasant I was being given the situation but no - I've literally never been spoken to so rudely by someone in customer service.

Awful. How hard is it take an order off a customer and gave them what they've paid for ? Not the hardest job in the world but they get it wrong ALL the time. Managers are useless in sorting issues out.

Great service but a bit of faffing around under the new measures. Is it necessary for my change to be handed to me in a plastic tray. Once you have touched it means I will have to handle it from you anyways.

Quite long queues meaning you have to wait a while. Even if there is a long queue for the drive through this will probably work out quicker

Ordered 3 happy meals today as a treat for the kids with a major reason is they get a toy too. Very disappointed when I got home to find no toys were included. Not the easiest to explain this to the children who have been left upset and when I called there is no answer. Reading the reviews of other poor service at this particular maccies, I think I will avoid using them again fir any future treats.
