Amazing service, amazing food great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Arancini is a perfect way to begin your adventure with the food there. Then I had a massive juicy burger and a drink. Amazing job. Big thanks goes directly to the head chef. Definitely worth visiting. I'm Definitely returning there soon.

I met up with a few friend and had a great time here. The sound levels ambience and sound levels were good for conversation.
As for the food the burger selection was very good I went for the Canadian which includes bacon and I'm pretty sure there was maple syrup in there too. Either way, it was delicious đ.
The truffle chips were nice though I admit I've had better (but at a much higher cost) the lemonades were nice too but if you are getting the non-alcoholic versions maybe just get a fresh juice as its mostly ice.
Look, these a minor niggles, I came for the burgers (oh and the company of course đ
) and they were great, I'd come back and you should give this place a try!

One of the best burger options in town. The service was excellent and the food was very nice. The bun was perfect and fresh and the Patty was juicy and delicious. They use a good meet quality and all the ingredients as well.. the price it's ok. The best burger is "Steak le fume" not only the taste but also the presentation as well with the dish cover and the smoke inside.

The place to go for burgers with a show. The flume burger (in a smoke filled cover) and the flame burgers are well priced and loaded with delicious goodies. Service is great at this location and the staff are super friendly. The burgers could be better cooked - theyâre a bit too well done for my liking.

Came here for an impromptu birthday brunch. Food was amazing đ€€ and the decor was cool. Would defo come back

Quite a chilled atmosphere, we sat at table a long time waiting for people to arrive and they didn't rush us. Service is good, burgers are really tasty as well. Probably one of the best burgers I've had! I recommended the truffle burger which was really fragrant

Really good burgers and chips. The waiter was also very funny and congenial. He waited on us a party of 10 and did very well to accommodate everyone. Definitely recommend.

Had a nice beyond meat burger that. Great service.

Excellent burgers! Extremely friendly service by Pawel. Pretty busy, but have reset the restaurant to ensure social distancing is maintained. They are currently offering 50% off for emergency services, which is a really nice touch!

My friend and I dined here tonight. We shared a starter (the arancini), had burgers and sides and shared a dessert (burnt Basque cheesecake). We also had a mojito from the happy hour cocktails and a cherry bomb spritz from the house cocktails.
The food was excellent, from the starter right through to the dessert. The cocktails were yummy and not too sweet. All of the servers were very friendly and attentive.
All in all, we had an excellent dinner out. Would definitely recommend.

The burgers here are great. Walked in at short notice just before Christmas and they managed to set our group of 8 with no problems.
The only complaint I have is the drinks order was messed up, probably because despite being busy only 3 people were actually waiting tables. One of who was also trying to keep an eye on the front door and any people coming in and out.

Value: 3/5 ~ ÂŁ46 altogether including service charge
Service: 4/5 - swift and polite, someone comes to ask if your food is okay like they typically would
Taste: 3.25/5 - pretty good, not outstanding (-0.25 due to the corn ribs)

Tasty burgers, interesting combinations including one with peanut butter. Service is ok. Would recommend for a casual night with colleagues or friends for a decent burger.

Excellent burgers - highly recommend the Le Fume, for both the smokey flavour and the dramatic presentation. Good location as well, with friendly staff.

Really sweet little burger place chosen mainly as it had easy wheelchair access. But what a find! The Burger Canadien just got the spot, and the recommended Aspen Fries were so good in going to try to recreate them at home đđ
(Price per person Inc drink)

The vegan burger was amazing, very different from all the ones Iâve tried before. Itâs the one with panko coated mushrooms. Loved it!

Greeted by a very friendly member of staff that took us to our seats and made us feel very welcome.
Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and I'd have to say my burger was one of the best I've tasted.

There seems to be a multitude of options if you have a hankering for a burger in London. Â There is Honest Burger, Bleecker Burger, Patty & Bun, Burger & Lobster, Five Guys and of course McDonalds. Â Sorry, I meant Shake Shack. Â As with this generation of YOLO (you only live once) citizens, it seems that they need to try just about everything.

Overall very great dining experience. Firstly the staff were extremely friendly, sat us down and handed out some water with ice and lemon (you'd be surprised how many restaurants don't do that). They took our orders very quick, some were very interactive, nice to talk to so that was definitely a highlight.
I ordered Hache Frites with a small side of Gherkins with the Steak Canadean Burger. And may I say everything was delicious. The fries were very tasty not over salted, the gherkins were perfect as they always are (I'm the only fan of gherkins) and the burger was so good, not dry like many burgers I've had, it was juicy and sweet at the same time. I loved the Brioche bun it's always my option. The burger was cooked great and the presentation was amazing.
Lastly paying for the meal was quick and simple, they even gave us a little dish of smarties while we paid which was a bonus.
I realise I have no negative comments about this restaurant so my rating is going to be pushed up to a 5.0 as it was previously a 4.0.
And as you can tell I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves a good burger. I will definitely be visiting here again, possibly trying a new burger but I don't know how I can't get that Steak Canadean

I finally went to this branch for the first time for the birthday of a dear friend, a burger fanatic, accompanied by ten others enthusiasts, all craving for an epic meal and a quieter spot compared to Camden, their usual favourite.
Sadly the whole experience has been a bit of a disappointment, burgers cooked too much, orders mixed up with other tables, "bored" staff and an unappealing interior.
Personally I found the food quite average and the unusual ingredients not working a magic in terms of extra flavour. It isn't a bad burger joint, but there are much better and cheaper places in London.

For me, thereâs no greater comfort food than a thick, juicy burger. When Iâm seeking the perfect burger, I have my favorite go-to restaurant: HachĂ© Burgers in Shoreditch. Combining French cuisine with quality burgers, HachĂ©âs menu offers something for everyone, and itâs sure to be flavourful and delicious.

The Haché chicken club sandwich was topped with ripe green avocados, which added a cool creaminess and blended perfectly with the saltiness of the cured bacon and aged cheddar. The chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection, and every bite left me wanting more.

I paired my chicken club with an order of truffle cheese frites, which did not disappoint. The cheese was melty and delicious, and the hint of truffle flavor wasnât overpowering, but complimentary.

My partner ordered the nachos, which were smothered with golden cheddar cheese, topped with spicy jalapenos. The sides of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole added the right amount of kick and coolness to the dish that I couldnât help myself. I had to reach for a chip, and Iâm glad I did. I have zero complaints on this one.

The baked camembert was to die for, as the chef drizzled honey across the top, which mixed with the heat of the chili to really give your taste buds a surprise. The ciabatta bread was toasty and crispy, and perfect for dishing the camembert into your mouth.

Haché is gourmet comfort food. From the moment you walk in, the whole experience is comforting. The staff and service are more than you can ask for, and the restaurant design feels upscale but welcoming. I highly recommend.
Having previously received Time Outâs Best Burger in London, the bar is set high for Hache. Having this burger joint on my doorstop in Shoreditch to facilitate my ongoing burger tour, was a touch and it was about time I took full advantage of it. It was my birthday, so I booked a table for some burger fun before our comedy night nearby. There was a good selection of burgers with various variations, all with mostly âFrenchâ names. The family behind Hache have a love of France, but seeing as burgers is not a very French thing, they appear to embrace their love with French ingredients. That said, there are still some other areas of the world covered on the menu.

That said, there are still some other areas of the world covered on the menu.

After receiving a crisp glass of dry white wine and a banana milkshake, we ordered our burgers. My companion had the Steak le Fume with caramalised onions, smoked bacon, guinness cheddar cheese and coleslaw. Now, this was served with a bowl covering it, as it is brought to the table in a cloud of smoke. Interesting choice. His opinion was that other than giving him a little bit of a coughing fit, it didn't appear to make too much of a difference to the dish. He found the whole thing to be ok.

My burger was the Steak le Triomphe des Truffes. This was a burger topped with the Chef's own truffled gruyere cheese, a sweet balsamic truffle glaze and picked onions. I enjoyed mine. There is not too much to say about this visit as it was not bad, but it was not mind blowing either. It is a decent place to grab a burger if you are in the area or in Camden, Chelsea, Clapham and Balham. Having recently done a pop-up burger at Patty & Bun, I am still convinced that P&B is the reigning burger haven in London. Nothing has changed my mind about that so far.

In terms of service, it flowed well. The only criticism was the waiters' insistence that we discuss BREXIT. Politics has no place at my birthday dinner. We were not impressed, plus our political opinions are personal and certainly not to be dragged out of us as dining guests by a stranger.

between us all, we ordered a variety of burgers and sides from the menu and i didnât hear one complaint. we were all stuck in a food coma later that afternoon with food babies to bear! thank you for a lovely lunch!

...Particular highlights are the Louisiana (topped with peanut butter â definitely a particular taste), the Lamb burger (with mint sauce and redcurrant jelly). However I decided to go for the Bavarian as i am a sucker for anything cheese based, and this comes with a particularly large slab of Bavarian cheese on top.

HachĂ©Â is a small, London-based micro-chain of burger restaurants that over the last decade has tentatively spread its meaty tentacles all across London. It now serves four of the trendiest corners of the Capital with locations in Shoreditch, Clapham, Chelsea and Camden. Although Iâd heard excellent things, HachĂ© and I didnât get off to a good start. I wasnât particularly impressed by HachĂ©âs online description of its restaurants: âchic, cosy decor, [where] women can feel just as comfortable as their meat-loving boyfriendsâ. Because, golly, only men like burgers and only women like fairy lights. It was therefore in a rather cynical frame of mind I arrived at the HachĂ©âs Shoreditch branch on Curtain Road, half-expecting to be handed a pink, scented menu with a selection of girl-friendly salads and bun-free burgers. When we arrived at 7pm, it was reassuringly busy for a Monday.

This didn't feel like fun framerican food. It was just quiet and with some effort on our part relaxed. I don't think we'll come back. I hope Hache Camden though is still worth the wait.

"Haché's a restaurant. It's not a diner, or a joint - our philosophy is that this is a place couples, groups, and friends can dine in relaxed surroundings and it not break the bank. It was in fact my wife Suzie who had a very clear vision of what Haché should be. It was to be as far removed from the usual burger joints as possible - even romantic - and testimony to that is we're always fully booked for Valentine's day every year"...

The thing that sets Hache burger apart from it's competitors are its truffle cheese fries which are simply divine.

The burger I had was perfectly cooked, and great tasting. It's a quiet little place in shoreditch, great for dinner with friends or even a date. The good and ambience is really nice and I prefer it to the burger chains that you see everywhere. A good place for burger lovers to try out.

I like to be that person who deviates from the menu's signature dish, e.g. lasagne at pizza express, a lunch item at the breakfast club or something vegetarian from Hawksmoor. This time I opted for a salad at Hache, and do you know what, all my friends were mega mega jealous, because to be honest you can get a better burger in London, but this is one of my favourite chicken avocado salads.
Breaking Fast
Lured in by the promise of "truffle cheese fries" I walked into Hache with relatively high expectations. Whilst perusing the menu I was truly spoiled for choice - there are a fantastic array of burgers on offer here, I ended up going for Steak Milano, this was topped with Buffalo Mozzarella, Parmesan and sun dried tomato tapenade. Feeling adventurous, I also went for an oreo milkshake and the aforementioned truffle cheese fries.

The food itself was absolutely superb, the burger was cooked beautifully. My only complaint would be that there was slightly too much Mozzarella and it overpowered the tapenade. The truffle cheese fries were a particular delight. I would definitely recommend Hache to anyone looking for a good burger.

Great dinner at this small restaurant recommended by a friend! The canadian bread was particularly appetizing! The portions of chips are correct, those of potatoes wedges are a more generous. All charges are included in the bill.
We went on a Saturday night, and we must have patience ... the place is crowded ...

When Hache Burgers opened up their newest joint in Shoreditch, who should be there on the opening night? Well, yours truly of course. Chandeliered ceilings, flowers and candles on the table; wait, you say, am I still speaking about a burger joint? Yes. Hache restaurants are unlike any other burger joints you will find and it is probably some place where your girlfriend will drag you for a burger and not you drag her. The setting is too romantic to be chomping on and slurping your way through juicy burgers. But maybe it will be the perfect place for guys to take a girl out on a first date to. Candles and flowers for the girl, burgers for the guy. Well, you could do it if you don't want a second date.

Opening night and they seemed to be still getting a few last things in order but the service was friendly and quick (except for one chap) and we were offered a complimentary glass of 'Prosseco'. The place filled up quickly as well.

But I digress, I'm here to talk about the burgers. Beef, chicken, lamb, duck, fish, vegetarian, yeah they've got it all along with a few starters, sides and salads. You might take a while to make a pick but you'll get there in the end. I went in with the 'Lamb Moroccan' served with a spicy harissa dip and chose a brioche bun to go with it (they offer ciabatta as well). After going in with a lot of expectations about their burgers, I was a little disappointed when the burger arrived and I found all the veggies on the bottom bun. For me, that's a cardinal sin when it comes to enjoying a good burger. My friend who picked a 'Steak Bavarian Burger' topped with a healthy amount of Bavarian cheese loved his burger however so maybe the next time I should pick something out of their beefy list as well. We also picked the potato wedges picked as a side which were nice and crunchy.

When the server came over at the end of the meal and asked if we wanted dessert, how could I say no? So, I decided to have their 'Banoffee Pie' which turned out to be delicious. Rich and cheesy for the most part with a crunchy biscuit and banana base, they say on their menu that it might take two to finish, but hey, not me; I can handle my dessert.
Overall, it's a nice place for a burger stop and maybe a bit of lingering around in the candle light for after but maybe another visit will give them a chance to blow my mind away with their burgers.

For pictures and more, visit http://couchcibo.wordpress.com/2013/03/30/hache-burgers/
