Impressive view and lovely setting! If you are visiting London, a stop here is absolutely worth it.
It was not my first visit here, but this time I also tried some small dishes along with the beer. It was all unexpectedly good and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and nice, but probably also due to the very loud music you often struggled to get their attention.
Make sure you book in advance, especially on weekends.

A group of 4 friends.
A great bar with some of the best views in London.
Drinks London prices but not excessive.
A bit of queuing to get served, but not too bad.
Didn't have have food but looked good.
Good DJ and excellent band but the acoustics in the Sky Garden aren't the best, particularly if you are at the far sides away from the bar and band.
Overall we all had a great night and would visit again..đ€đ€

Youâre here for the view and unique venue. Itâs really nice to be able to walk around the area as much as youâd like and really enjoy the view. The drinks were good. The food was fine. The staff was very pleasant, but very understaffed. We had to ask multiple times for one drink refill and a food item that was forgotten. The prices were reasonable given the venue. We were seated promptly. The DJâs music was underwhelming - essentially bland house music the entire time. It would be lovely to hear some live music in the space. Definitely make reservations ahead of time, especially during busy months.

I must say I loved the food we had at the Sky Pod Bar. Along with the well known stunning views you can enjoy from the SkyGarden, I tried different courses like the Arancini, the chicken Satay, Gyoza, Coppa, St Marcellin. All of them were super and I must say itâs been an unexpected surprise. Service was a bit slow and ordering some more courses took a bit.

Didn't have food but the drinks were amazing! The prices are actually quite okay for where it is! Pricy but not ridiculous. Muhammed served us and made sure we are having the best night. My partner and I were celebrating our one year anniversary and it was really one of the loveliest nights.
Nuno Oliveira
Great experience, the reception lady was very helpful and although we didn't have any booking she showed us how to quickly book a table online. The view is amazing, great atmosphere, the waitress was super friendly.
Bomi Kim
Superb location, amazing views, and great ambience. Make a reservation to secure a table by the window especially on weekends. Cocktails and other menus are of course on the pricey side but still worth visiting.
Simon
Nice place to chill with your friends. Suggest to book your table before one week from their website. Decent drink and food with reasonable prices and good view during day and night.

We very much enjoyed our evening here - the views are fantastic, the atmosphere has a busy but fun vibe, and our group really enjoyed our evening. The food at the bar is not top end, but the drinks were good, and it's just hard not to like a place that has a 360 degree views over London. We are already planning two over visits here when we have friends visiting us!
Shereen Abrahams
Beautiful place, and what a spectacular view! Nice cosy seating to relax.
Drinks are definitely very pricey ! We had one drink each and left.
This is our 2nd visit here and will come again

Stylish and luxurious place. Need a pre booking. Amazing views. Very cold.

Really great views and a unique bar, live music aswell was great and food was good, worth a visit

Beautiful spot with a very impressive view. The place is just one of a kind. The drinks were good but definitely too pricey for just 2-3 sips..
Tomas Jankelevich
Best views in London plus great service and drinks. We were served by Keren who was very friendly and helpful. Also the hostests were really great. I propose to my couple here and they were kind enough to give us a great table and some complimentary stuff. All the best to this great place and great people!!
Ted0194
Stunning location with the bar and garden on the 35th floor, looking over south London. The cocktails were tasty (though fairly pricey - though thatâs to be expected, given the location!). The sharing dishes were fairly limited and small portions (disappointing given the ÂŁ15 price for each one).
The music (on a Friday night) was a bit too noisy and the acoustics in the space were poor. Having a DJ there seemed to be a bit pointless.
Ian Jackson
Keren was really smiley and made us feel very comfortable

I visited here for my birthday celebrations with my husband, brother and his girlfriend. We were seated at one of the booths directly in front of the windows which was such a beautiful view. There was a DJ playing which we thoroughly enjoyed. We felt as if we were on holiday.
We ordered a platter of food all which was lovely. The drinks were great, especially the pink prosecco and our server was absolutely fantastic, Angelita.
The drinks etc were on the expensive side but for the experience of the place its worth it for a treat.
The only thing was we didn't get out to experience the views from the balcony. This closes at 6pm which I feel is a little early and it should be opened until around 8-9pm instead - I understand this is however a safety aspect as people are drinking but 6pm is early

Loved the vibe at this place. Really a good venue to have a drink with a 360 view of the city at a top-floor garden. Highly recommended for an evening drink with a view.

Stunning views alongside beautiful food. This place is elegance at itâs finest and one for everyone to see. The food was decent and the service was great, I would go back for sure.
Gone Sun Where
There are amazing views to be had across London from up here. The sky garden is the main attraction. Drinks at the Sky pod bar are a bit pricey though. Seating is quite casual.
Fly
Perfect place to hang out with friends. The views are spectacular and the ambience is nice. However, food and service can be improved upon. Obviously drinks are the star attraction so go up to the other bar (no.36 at the back). You wonât be disappointed!
Jackie Spicer
Great views from here drinks a bit pricy but free entry makes up for this. Service was ok a nice drink and visit with friends from new Zealand
David
Beautiful establishment with breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The reason for the 4* rating is because the location is naturally ventilated and thus can be quite chilly. Nonetheless, the service is world-class, the drinks are good, ambiance is relaxed and the music is welcoming.
Foodie Doing Foodography
loved the place. have ordered Baileys with Hot chocolate which is not in the menu but have requested them to make for us. and the slice of cake was really delicious.

Must visit place for the view. Go just before the sunset and be there till the night. The view is amazing. We had normal liquor, so nothing to comment about that.
Tony Marcos
Amazing views of London, unfortunately the coffee motto is not great, I asked for a a flatty and it was very weak and tasted very watery, at the end I end up ordering a got chocolate

Fantastic 360 degrees views over London! We arrived at 7,30 pm so managed to see the city with the last rays of sun, then sunset, then all the city lights switching on ... we had some nice ham on a platter, a drink, and spent a fab evening. Recommended for a romantic dinner! Booking is better...

This is one of those places that you just have to have on your London bucket list - I'm just grateful that we headed there after a good meal elsewhere.

I had called ahead to check if we need a reservation to get in and was told that if coming in just for a drink there was no need for a reservation and there are times when they are real busy and there maybe a queue to get in. This made us think they must be really popular and given that we were planning a visit on a Friday evening we decided to rush over right after dinner ended at 10:00.

We got to 20 Fenchurch Street a little past 10:30 pm and walked to the back of the building where the entrance is - there were no queues and we were directed by the reception to proceed through an airport style security check... it all seemed positive this far.

Once through security, a short ride up to level 35 and as the lift doors opened we heard blaring music and a pink glow that spread out from the main garden area to the lift bank.

Stepping into the main bar area you cannot help but stare out at the night sky with the Shard in all her glory. The views are indisputably remarkable. We walked around the whole floor through the garden area staring out at St. Paul's on one side, the gherkin and The Tower or London and tower bridge on the other sides. unfortunately the glass reflects everything inside the building and attempts to take any nighttime pictures of London without the right camera and equipment is pointless.

Coming back to the bar area we sat down at a table (there really weren't many people around), ordered a round of cocktails and tried to enjoy the surroundings... but despite being such a great venue, the music was terrible and a simple playlist from Spotify or Amazon music would have done a much better job. we tried our best to ignore the music and expected that the drinks would help. But as we waited we realized that it was really cold up there - there was more than a draft, it felt like we were sitting outdoors on level 35 and it wasn't long before we felt uncomfortable. the drinks then arrived and looking at each other's faces as we took our first sips said it all... the berry based cocktails that two of us had ordered were bad but a concoction called the bouquet (or something similar) was rank - my wife had ordered it and she's not one to complain so she just shrugged and said it was ok. Upon taking a sip of hers I gagged - it was vile - like someone ate a whole bunch of candy and downed some fizzy drinks and then brought it all up, garnished it and served it in a glass.

The music, drinks and the uncomfortable cold ruined what could have been an evening to remember at an iconic venue.

This is the first time I have been disappointed by a restaurant in London, and that too a place which is so hyped. Or maybe it's because of that. Went on a Saturday evening at around 8:30 pm and it was half empty. Inefficient service and generally a very disorganized air marred the next hour or so. Worse - the outside terrace is closed, so one can't really see much of the views. The actual cocktails were decent, though most of the bar nibbles weren't even available.
Dr. Foodie ..
Perched 150m high above London in the Sky Garden, the Sky Pod Bar mixes cocktails with breathtaking views from its 35th floor location. The panoramic view of the city is absolutely mind blowing , specially when you watch the sun set in such a colorful sky sipping an amazing cocktail. Whether enjoying the tropical gardens and deck chairs in summer, or snuggling up with a blanket in winter, itâs a great place for a memorable drink.
The seating place was a little chilly as there are many doors opening out onto to the outside terrace for people to enjoy the view. However this is not a prose cosy blankets are provided in the seating area.
The service was quite friendly, the music quite loud but the best were the view. Amazing 360 degree birds eye views of the whole of London. Immediately below was the tower and tower bridge, the Shard and much more (Picture in review)
Apart from the view you see outside, even the view inside is amazing with loads of plants and greenery. Very refreshing and rejuvenating feel.

The food and drinks served here were amazing and not too pricy as per London standards.

Being here is a once in a life time experience and is strongly recommend to anyone who would like to see London from above without getting too high.

Loved most of the cocktails. There was one or two that were to to everyone's taste but that's to be expected and is all part of the fun.))))
Feim ĂzgĂŒr
Awesome view. Good quality wines.
You need reservation.
It was good expreince; see London on night from one of the highest building of London.
Angela Yang
Amazing view, cocktails with nice display but taste just ok. It's quite pricy. You pay mainly for the view. You can't just walk in. You need to have reservation, although it's not even very busy inside.
Rainmaker107
Went in for the night view from the 35th floor, just like everyone else. Advisable to check their walk-in policy unless you want to make a reservation too much in advance. The ambience was really cosy and warm, though the view was nothing to rave about. I had a couple of drinks which were fine..though my husband's wine was at room temperature!! Did not go back to the bar to take it up with the bartender since my husband had a sore throat đ but my guess is they would have obliged had we gone upto them.

B and I decided to go out for a nice drink as this was her last weekend in London for a few months so I decided to book something special.

Sky Pod Bar is one of those places that makes your jaw drop when you walk in, the ceiling height, the lights, the gardens, it all comes together perfectly....
Claudia.R Correia
The night view is incredible! Being in a city garden on the 35th floor is amazing. Temperature inside is not great but I guess it is hard to warm such a large room with wide windows and glass roof. Ask for a tea and enjoy the view.
Sarah Smyth
The five is for the view only. Visited in November. It wasn't particularly chilly but it was cold there - they warn you about that on their website. I only had water but was informed that the beer is ever so slightly overpriced.

If you're a tourist you have to visit here to see the amazing views!!

Cities like London, especially through their landmarks, have a resource that few other can really offer: views. There has been an abundance of restaurants and bars that have been tapping that resource, but the hunt for the âbestâ has continued. Until now. Location: Sky Pod Bar, City of London, London

Needless to say, Sky Pod has one of the best ambience in the city. The garden bar is located at the 35th floor of the Walkie talkie tower, and the view is just breathtaking.
Live Jazz music blended well with the bar's aura.
Food was pretty okay and the prices are nominal. Don't expect much variety in food though.
Overall, a posh dining guaranteed.

We went for evening drinks to check out this place when it was relatively new. After standing in a queue for almost an hour, I was beginning to think this BETTER BE WORTH IT.. and whoa, it really was.

Firstly, I couldn't get over the intricately planned and designed space. It's the most beautiful 3 floor high green house inspired rooftop that you'll ever see. We went to the pod bar, but the fine dining restaurants are nestled in the same space as well.

This space can't be described. It has to be experienced. I would go back every single time I visit London. The observation deck is beautiful and will leave you speechless.

Their cocktails are pretty epic. I didn't think someone could tweak or improvise the classic mojito, but they did it. Their Bellini has to be the best one I've had in my lifetime (NO JOKES). I couldn't get enough of their cocktails.

We didn't order much of the food, so no opinion on that, but I know it's on my list to try out next xx

Early morning breakfast. Lovely latte with an exceptional view. Canteen style food, nevertheless it was tasty and the service was very good.

London has many view restaurants and bars and each one is unique. This too stands out. The view, glass interiors, garden, lighting etc is just magnificent and overwhelming. Loved every bit of it. Must visit for everyone.
Pasta Bites
Really amazing view and a great relaxing place first thing in the morning. Fairly priced, good light breakfast options but no table service

Probably one of the best views in London, the bar and the gardens are spectacular. The impact of the place as soon as you get out of the elevator is amazing with the Shard right in front of you. One major thing I'd have to point out though: the service was terrible. As in the bar wasn't even half full and I had to stand up twice to get a drink. The first time the guy at the bar told me kindly that I could sit and he would ask someone to go and serve us at our table. I still had to stand up a second time, because the waiters serving the tables didn't even acknowledge us for a good 20mins. Maybe I was just unlucky, definitely worth the visit just for the space, and that can be done for free by booking a slot online!

Situated on 35th floor of 20 Fenchurch Street (nicknamed the Walkie-Talkie) the space offers panoramic views of London.

Sky Garden is technically a public park so access is free, but you are required to book a ticket online in advance (The View at the Shard allows you to turn up on the day, however they charge ÂŁ25.) If you make a reservation at one of the three restaurants entry to the garden is included.

Before you reach the lift guests are required to go through airport style security (which means the bottle of wine you planned to smuggle in for a pic-nic will be confiscated). Photo ID of every guest is also needed for security reasons.

As the building sits in the centre of the city, yet strangely out on its own, it is uncrowded by tall neighbours, giving a spectacular view. The Shard is the first thing you see as you enter the space. At 150m, your eye-line is exactly halfway up the glistening wedge. As we sat and enjoyed a coffee, we watched the tiny twinkles of camera flashes from the Shard's viewing gallery.

We booked breakfast at Sky Pod which compromised of pastries and coffee - not the full menu as advertised online. We were a little disappointed to learn that table service didn't start until 9pm (meaning we had to wait in a queue at the bar for one member of staff to painstakingly make each coffee for a spiralling line of Sunday morning guests). Had we known Sky Pod is simply a relaxed cafe, we would have booked breakfast at one of the other restaurants.

The 360 degree views across the city are some of the best in London. The gardens are beautiful and I can imagine it is a serene place to visit on a summer's day. However, I'd suggest booking a free visit to the Sky Garden followed by food elsewhere.
Lillian
Gorgeous view and garden. Variety of wine and cocktails available. Also some bar food and sandwiches. Not too many seatings available but we managed to get a tall table.
Remember to book online for the free tickets in advance. We went on a Sunday and it did not seem very busy.
Although it is on level 35, the viewing area allows you to go all the way around and up by the other restaurants on level 36/37.
After it gets dark, the music are pumped up, with some jazzy 1920's feel to it.
Parisa Kelly
Delicious cocktails and a beautiful view. Shame they don't offer a waiter service and the seating is not all that comfortable. But the drinks menu is fantastic and the botanical garden surroundings and london views breath taking.
